In case you are wondering about the packaging, got my delivery today!! It's a pretty light silver.

Went to *visit* my order today. Took the pant pots off (way too sheer) and added a brush set.

Still loving the MeS from this collex.

Saw the Unconditional Fabulous np again and yes, definitely glitter. It's pretty in a white bottle so it's minez!

ok I want morning frost (it is exactly how I wanted it to be), unconditionally fabulous, shimmermint is a big maybe...I could pass on it if lipsticks and dazzleglss catch my attention!

Libaaaa you have seen the grey lipstick from glitter & ice and the silver one from Gareth pug... which one is more "creamy" and wearable (but still grey) ?

I think people rely too much on T's reviews/swatches. She is only one person, and only one person's thoughts. If you are like me and cannot get to a MAC store, take Specktra as a REALLY great place to talk to MANY people who get to see the items and give really good reviews. Please don't think Temptalia's site is your only option. She of course has never been a fan of MES so she isn't going to really play with them and work with them. Had it been months ago I would have waited to see her swatches and then ordered, had I done that with this collection I probably wouldn't have gotten anything. There are some really really great people on here who provide IN DEPTH details on products and really are there to give helpful comments.

So - with all that being said, don't shy away from products just because T doesn't like them. Read back pages on here, you will find some good info and other swatches!

Ugh for some reason I'm really liking Soft Sable. The lighting change in T's lipstick pics are playing with my eyes

Such Flare is pretty but don't think it's needed. What Joy is a maybe.

I LOVE the things I got. And I agree that you need to see the MES IRL, they are GORGEOUS, soft and not glittery (unlike previous MES). I HIGHLY recommend them. Some of my favorite MES yet.

Also, fresh ice and snow season are not

Disappointed in the glitter polish - it's just regular glitter, I was expected multi-colored glitter based on the photo.

Kinda liking Whirls & Twirls & it might be really pretty over a lot of other lipsticks.

And, I am SURE that Double Spin looks MUCH better in person

Completely agree. I made the mistake of looking at her swatches completely relying on them and missing out on everything in the Semi Precious collection. Now here I am on Specktra seeing everything I missed out on. Won't make that mistake again. Not to mention whatever I buy never looks like what she posts.

So maybe this will be on the regular site late Sunday?

Not all of the packaging is silver. Some of the packaging is also white with silver lines on them, for example the snowglobe palettes. Overall, the outer packaging is rather classy.

You saw a white bottle? The bottles in my store were clear.

I went to the pro store here in San Francisco this morning and spent more money than I actually wanted to.

I always get sucked into the hype once I see everything in store.

The packaging looks much prettier in person than online. I like the warm eye shadow palette since I missed out on previous palettes.
Shimmermint e/s is so pretty, so is Fresh Ice. I also really like the lip set in Sultry. The creamsheen l/g is gorgeous. The MES have got a really smooth texture.

The eye shadow pencils are not as gritty as temptalia described them in my opinion. I am also reading other blogs comparing notes.

You guys wouldn't consider Let's Skate a 'a little like a pink version of Chilled on Ice' would you? I am definitely not a fan of COI, so I was hoping Let's Skate would be an improved version that I could actually get some use out of, but T's review & very glittery looking swatches don't ease my mind (the sheered out swatch is actually really pretty, but I thought Chilled on Ice was pretty when I swatched it in the store, too)

I'm really liking Eloquent Air, Soft Sable and Whirls & Twirls (which I didn't like before in hand swatches). The beauty powders seem to look really nice on Christine but I need more swatches to decide, I think they will be too light because I think Christine has piled them onto her skin to get them to show on camera. I also like Shimmermint which is a given as it is green. I like the paint pots, especially the light pink. Looking forward to seeing the rest of Christine's swatches.

If you mean show up as in will your skin get more pale, then no. If you declare show up as giving your skin a beautiful all-over glow, then yes. I use it as an all-over highlighter that gives my complexion a very healthy, luminescent glow without any visible sparkle or glitter. The effect is best seen when the light hits my face.

Yes I want that glow effect for sure! Light Sunshine didn't do that for me and I was very disappointed.
