It's weird, because it's looked more purple/ taupe in other photos, so this swatch kind of threw me. Might be a difference in the veining of the product she swatched, as well as a difference in the light.

Thank you for posting. I rely on her swatches the most since she seems to have a skin color closer to mine. Many times I saw T's swatches and thought "fun! I need that!" and then bought an item. THEN, I see Karla's swatches and whatever color I got, looks like poo. Every single time. So I go by her swatches.

And on my computer I don't see any of her swatches looking too similar. I think I might need to grab 2 more items...

I'm skipping the lipsticks this time. Nothing stood out for me. I've been using NARS G Spot multiple on my lips lately and love the color. As far as HB goes, I haven't seen it IRL but don't know how I would use it. Did you get it?

I did get it. Mac-Guy talked me right into it I thought it might be lovely softly brushed over the cheekbones, nose, chin & forehead after all the other makeup is done for some glowy warmth. We'll see though. I should be getting my order tomorrow - well at least I hope so.

BP in HB (I'm NC30/35 so I hope it looks nice on me)

Anyone put together any good eyeshadow combos yet? Saw a beautiful combo earlier using Winterized on the lid! LOVELY! Can't wait to try it out!!!

There something I need to get off my chest. As a figure skater, I am thoroughly disappointed that none of the product names reflect any actual elements of ice skating. There's no such thing as a "double spin." A "double jump," sure.

Okay, I'm not actually bothered.

You guys know the only thing I care about is the product. I finalized my MAC order. I ditched Snowglobe BP since Prim and Proper looks very similar on me, and swapped out She-zam for Pleasure Principle. Still getting Festive Finery and For Effect. Also added Such Flare (cause I need another red lippie like I need another hole in the head).

However, my MA told me that I can't pick up my pre-sale stuff until Nov. 5. A week from Saturday? WTF is that about? I bet if I walk in there on Friday, I'll be able to just pick it up.

If I have MAC Blackground and MUFE #1 Anthracite, do I still need For Effect? I know they're not dupes, but I'm trying to talk myself out of getting For Effect.
