I got Circa Plum and Aurora too. They are so great! So glad you are loving them as well! It's been a while since I've gotten a piggy that I adore as much as Circa Plum. Also helps that I've been waiting for it to get repromoted, it has lived up to my expectations and more!

My 2nd DG haul for Aurora, Circa Plum, and Richly Revered arrived today! I'm so glad I got the pigments. These will get a lot of use from me. And I can't wait to try Richly Revered. I didn't get it the first time it came out with SP, but I decided to branch out and go for it. I don't think I have anything like it.

Sigh. Now I'm getting tempted by those two piggies...
I should starve off Specktra after every order so I don't rethink items that I didn't get before...

I really wanted Narcissus AFTER reading about all the love here, but it was sold out everywhere. I bought Too Faced Glamour Gloss in Sex Pot instead, kind of similar. Now I'm in LOVE with purple lips! Even on my PALE skin. And I want Narcissus evern more, lol.

I seem to be the only one not wanting Narcissus at all. For some reason I don't find it appealing, it's just okay.

Yeah i use the 217 brush to apply the colors all over my lid and it works great to me. I have always just built up the color until i have it how i want.I wear a pretty smokey eye all the time with Mystery all over the lid, smut in the outer triangle, and i sometimes add some carbon in the outer V to darken it. I put this over Bare Study pain pot as a base. The mattes stay on me all day and just look flawless with my skin tone.

I laughed a bit when I went to my counter this morning, Narcissus, Seasoned Plum, Warped Speed and Vintage Grape are all sold out. It seems they sell out on all the bright fun colors, I guess purple is in that category lol.

You just have to try it on yourself to understand. It looks nothing like in the tube and in swatches as it does on my lips. I can't even explain it really. If you can go to a store and try it, I recommend you do. I think you'll be very pleasently surprised! I was! It's not like anything else I have. And the Cremesheen formula just makes it THAT much better!

Mine too...aurora will always have a special place in my heart as my first full size pigment! it's so unique and there truly is, to my dismay, a pressed version of it as an eyeshadow!

I got my order today - yay! So tomorrow I'm going to use as many of the products as I can :) I'm thinking Aurora on the lid, Nebula in the crease, Shroom or Phloof to highlight, Seasoned Plum and Narcissus on lips, and one of the blush ombres... I can't wait!

I bought Narcissus today. I didn't even want it, but all the raving on here had me curious. I LOVE it!. I have never even looked twice at a color like this, but it's beautiful. I am going thinking about going back and getting another.

You all ruined me, lol.

DEFINITELY BU Narcissus if you LOVE it as much as I do! It's so beautiful and works for everyone I've seen it on. When it's gone, you'll be disappointed not to have it! Especially come Spring and Summer when it will have a totally different look with all the bright colors coming out!

I think it will look great with all the Spring colors, especially as it is not a loud but still colorful tone.

I just received my order from this collection (Azalea Blossom and Interior Life Quad) and I have to say, I LOVE Interior life. I use mattes daily for a smokey eye look and i used these colors today ad they are wonderful. They all went on my lids so buttery and soft. They are a lot easier to apply than my usual colors of Mystery and Smut. I really love the colors together. I used my normal highlighter (Shroom) and put a touch of the light pink shade on top of that and it made a nice glow and looks natural. I don't know why this quad has some not so good reviews. I admit it didn't swatch as well with my finger on my hand, but using my mac brushes to apply it was wonderful.

Azalea Blossom is a really nice color with it as well. I am glad i picked it up this time around.

For reference I am Matchmaster 1.0, N4 in Studio fix powder plus foundation.
I do love Interior Life. It is a great quad for pale beauties, especially if you are NW10 - 20. It is a very sophisticated but subtle smokey eye for daytime.

I have to try your "Shroom under Stratus trick" tomorrow. Sounds lovely!

Re the bad reviews: I guess it boils down to taste (i.e. bold versus subtle colors and/or matte versus Veluxe Pearl finishes) and application/tools. I didn't experience any difficulties applying it. I agree that it does not apply as smoothly as a VP finish, but matte shades will always be drier. On the plus side, matte e/s are less likely to crease.

Lou, could you swatch it maybe together with Sunnydaze and Mauvement? I own the latter two and don't know if I need Aurora in my life (and overflowing MU storage) as well!

I've posted a few comparison on my blog! Aurora next to tan and UD suspect... Narcissus next to every purple listick/lipglass I have and Azalea B next to Oh so fair!

Do you mean Circa Plum? Aurora is more of a tan shade while Circa Plum is in the same colour family as Sunnydaze and Mauvement. I have all 3. Mauvement and Circa Plum would be more close to each other but my fave eyeshadow combo is with those 3 shades! Even Subtle pigment is amazing if you can get yours hands on a sample of it! Sunnydaze is my all time fave and after seeing swatches of Aurora, i need it too!

I was about to post almost the same thing! lol This is the only lip product I ever wanted to back up! (And I'm not really a lip product person)
