I usually apply my lip balm (Jack Black LB) before applying my makeup, so while I do the rest of my face my lips get nice and hydrated. Then I do P+P, wait a few seconds like you said, and then apply lip liner, or just the lipstick. Works like a charm!

On another note: are the empty Prep + Prime lip containers B2M'able? I already recycled the box and I can't remember if it's eligible?

Thanks for the helpful info and tips. I'll see if I can try it out in the store or get a sample. I enjoy wearing lipstick and P+P seems like another great tool to help me wear it better.

Wait, so that means they should be available to us regular folk next week? I thought they weren't due out until September? I guess I was mistaken.

For some reason, I thought this would be released later on as well but I just looked at paparazziboy's first post and I guess it's always been August 9th! I think I kept mentally putting it off because I knew these would be permanent and I wouldn't have to rush to buy them.

I thought so too! It was a nice surprise. I ordered two lippies and two cremesheens I'm sure I'll get more later but since they are perm I can save some money for by request.

I had a dream last night that along with these, they also released a few new permanent pigments...and one of them was a ruby red with lots of gold and purple shimmer...kinda like Bad Fairy nail polish. Oh how I want this imaginary pigment.
