I'm with you. Love both of them. Tropical looks amazing on my toes. Now all I need is some sunshine and a pool.

I only didn't buy the purple glitter polish bacuse I found something really-really similar for like 2-3 dollars.
It's from a cheap polish brand called "Moyra" and it has great coverage compared to the MAC one. (1coat was almost opaque but 2 is better)

darn, im sad to read that the nailpolishes are not great. i was really looking forward to the bronzey one! sad. that was the only thing i was really planning on getting from this collection.

Butter London has an amazing bronze glitter nail polish called Bit Faker from their summer collection. You might like that one! It is an incredible color and the formula is great.

When I first started out I thought I was not at all good at putting on eyeshadows too. They always came off not looking pigmented on my lids and I'd hurt my eyelids trying to layer on the product a hundred times with cheaper brushes (I was a brokeass grad student). Blending was horrible, it would come out over-blended and looking like one muddy mixed color spot. The product doesn't stay where I wanted it to go and would migrate over to the far outer corner in a big mess. I so envy those youtube gurus that could place the eyeshadows where they wanted it and have it stay there!

But I realized that after investing on some good MAC brushes like the 239 and 286 (I prefer this over 217) etc, it was the tools that made the difference. My makeup application got significantly easier, more precise and hurts less! Good makeup should be used with the best tools. Do you use MAC brushes? It might make a world of difference.

PS Your eye shape is beautiful, you just have to find what works for it! (EDT: I just saw Erine's suggestion)

i was gonna skip the quads since im not great at applying eyeshadows (still lacking the mysterious crease on my eye) lol, but bms seems so pretty!

I'm gonna skip the quad after all. I really want it but today I've swatched my Inglot eyeshadows that are similar to the quad and I can't justify getting it. A little voice keeps telling me to buy the quad because it's sooo pretty, so it's gonna be hard to skip.

BMS was already available today on the german Douglas site, but nothing else. Looks like they accidentally put it up. And it's sold out now, so that sucks for the people who were looking forward to ordering it next week when the collection launches officially. I hope they don't pull a stunt like that with the blushes, I'll be disappointed if I miss out. But I don't feel like stalking 24/7 either.
I'm not too worried about the bronzers selling out fast.

From the few swatches we've seen I would say these are pretty close/the same: Romantico: Pearl 402/AMC Shine 153 Friendly: Pearl 409 When In Rio: Pearl 414 Bare My Soul: AMC Shine 155 BUT AMC Shine 153 and 155 are from the Noble collection and in Holland it's only available in the pop-up store in Amsterdam.

OT: Buick, weren't you the one that raved about NARS Yachiyo brush? I got it a while back and love it too. Gave me the perfect excuse to buy Exhibit A and Taj Mahal and some other blushes while I was at it just to make sure it was really that great. Thanks for the idea. My wallet hated you btw.

Oh that's so stupid! Unbelievable. I was at my counter today and my MUA confirmed it will be out at counters on May 3rd. I'll be there first thing in the morning, if you've bad luck with the online stalking send me a pm!
