im not trying to attack you personally or anything. Everyone is just trying to get their lipstick. But I don't think its fair at all.

I want to grab a second as a surprise for one of my overseas penpals but I am so scared it will get cancelled. Can anyone confirm that a 2nd transaction is against the purchase limit? The email legal terms were so vague!

I couldn't get it either. Maybe because of the popularity of this launch. I hate standard shipping with a passion. This means I am going to watch reveal after reveal of RiRi Woo while I wait nearly two weeks for mine to arrive.

i know! the ONE time i was willing to pay extra for faster shipping and they don't give me that option...smh

Mobile works much faster. I had two browser windows open for 20+ minutes, and then decided to open it on my phone and had it in my cart in about 2 or 3 minutes.

most times when i use my bank card they don't charge until right before 3 if i do it before then bc i assume it goes out that day

WTF I got a server time during checkout and when I went back I lost the lipstick.

Wow that is strange~ I got timed out several times and I refreshed twice cus I was locked up {during check out too} and it was still in my cart. I had to log in again each time and the last time I gave up with the CC info and just used paypal. Surprisingly paypal went quickly tho I had hesitated to use it cus of the 15 mins to complete transaction and with slowness of server I thought no way would I get done in 15.

i called (because i'm crazy and had problems when i ordered archies girls) and the lady said that it would take an hr to process and for the transaction to go through and that they'd send an email if it didn't go through

i know right on the email it says 1 per transaction but on the website on my phone it says 1 per costumer

I'm trying to get through to get a b/u riri woo however at the bottom of the screen it says only one lipstick per customer. WTH!!!!!! this is the first lipstick I have seen this happen with. I have waited for some many collections to come out and to get my feeling hurt by everything being sold out being people purchased three and four lipsticks.

I ordered one at about 9:05am (server messed up a few times but I got an order #. I hope it worked, no special shipping, it wouldn't let me) still waiting 40 mins later to order again. I wonder if it will save a place or just say sold out after a while?

Thanks for replying KMQE. But does this mean that I will get my lipstick though....like it's in a "reserve/hold" position? Lol i sound so paranoid but i really want my lipstick
