That's awful about Bloomingdales not shipping the blush. I hope everyone that ordered from Bloomies is able to get them at the discount. MissTT mentioned a screen shot may help, but I didn't take one.

Still kind of cranky at Bloomingdale's. At least it all wasn't a loss. I did receive the new primer with my order (which I absolutely love) so I was able to exchange my backup up (I thought for sure I was going to run out of primer at any minute before the new one came out) of the regular PA+++ primer for Boys Don't Cry at the local Nordies. Had to pay the full $41 plus tax (well, $7 difference, but still, darn you Bloomies!) but after wearing it out tonight, it was worth it. It's such a gorgeous colour.

See this is why I hate Bloomingdales. They have absolutely terrible customer service. They never fix their mistakes and instead tell the customer to deal with it. I have 4 sets of the same nail polish. A$$holes! I knew as soon as I opened the box it was all wrong. If anyone is successful getting them to budge let us know.

To be honest, they are doing the bait and switch. Isn't this illegal? They're demanding more money after the fact. This can't be right. It's not even bait and switch. It's out right fraudulent.

In Canada, a merchant is required to honour a published price (even if erroneous); however, my understanding is that they only need to sell one. My business law courses were a veryyyyy long time ago so I could be mistaken.

Oh no! They got you, too? Return them. Just reorder them from Nordstrom with your notes. I don't know what could be done to make them honor the discount. Maybe threaten to leave a scathing review with the Better Business Bureau?

i just picked up bdc today. i thought i was going to skip it, but it didn't quite work. the blushes and polishes were all at sephora downtown. did you end up getting stuff? i was eyeing euphrate, but i held back for now...
yay! it's always nice to have that possibility!
Picked up BDC today! I actually meant to get Euphrate at the same time, but I ended up getting one of the YSL gel liners (Sea Black) instead. I definitely want to go back for Euphrate, though. I'm gonna have to be way careful with BDC, because I could easily go all clown cheeks with that colour, but I think I'm going to love it for summer.

I received the wrong item too from bloomingdales.. I was asked to return the polishes and customer service rep placed another order with the same $29 price.. however when I received the confirmation number I saw the same item number as a previous order with Rotonde blush picture but says NP duo in shark.. grrrr I emailed bloomingdale again to make sure this time I will be receiving the correct item and their response was :

I'm sorry we sent you the wrong item. I certainly understand that you
would like to make sure that you'll be receiving the correct item this
time. Reviewing items on your order I can see it here that the previous
agent ordered the correct item on the second order. However, I can't
verify if what will be shipped to you is the correct item since it does
match on the item number on your order. Probably we have a mixed up
problem with the item to our warehouse. If you will be receiving the
incorrect item again please call us at the number provided below and
we'll be more than happy to assist you. We will also be creating a
report regarding the item if you'll receive it wrong again.

Please send the incorrect item back to us, using the merchandise return
label included in your package. I understand that it would be a great
hustle to return the incorrect item but if you'll keep the item you'll
be charge for that.
This is crazy! I don't think I will ever order from them again...

My goodness, the texture of Rotonde is just amazing. Blends out to perfection! I'm NC45 for reference (aren't we all, LOL).
When I first got these 2 blushes I was wearing Boys Don't Cry a lot, now I'm all about Rotunde. I been out shopping the last 2 weeks and I've seen both blushes a lot and I'm so surprised. I thought they would have sold out by now. That's why I was in such a rush to buy them. I guess I keep thinking I'm in Mac world where everything sells out in minutes. Glad everyone is loving these.

Sephora online has them available now... Wish they had stock them sooner so I could of gotten BI points instead...

so i am a long time lurker and complete nars junkie and i always come here for scoop and since i have been pining after these blushes since the first swatch i saw on here lol....i thought i would let you guys know, in case you dont already that beauty.com has these blushes and their friends and family sale starts tomorrow so....20% off- i know some people got emails to shop early today (at least i did)

How did you initially contact them? Phone, email, chat? That is one of the most idiotic and unprofessional emails I've seen from a company supposedly of their caliber.

I think I'm going to grab the blushes during the 20% off sale instead of using my credits from Nordstrom. I know I'll have plenty of other opportunities to use up my credits.

I got my blushes today! Sorry if the quality is crappy, my phone is not the best. I wore each color on each cheek and did a different eye look for both. They are extremely pigmented but so gorgeous! Happy I took the plunge. I also compared them to close colors and none even compare. I really like these blushes!

Initially over the phone, when I received the email with order confirmation I noticed that it had the same web item number and wrong description of the product. I immediately tried to call, since it was after 7pm and their CS is closed I decided to email them my concern and verify that this time I will be receiving the correct item.... that was their response which I couldn't believe smh
I am holding on to the first package and mail them both back because I have a feeling I will be receiving nail polishes again :(
