And I STILL haven't gotten a cancellation email. If I wouldn't have checked my status on their site I would not have even known that it was cancelled. 
Well according to this CS rep, management decided not to do so since only 20 people used the link....funny how a bunch of people on here got cancellation notices...

Just got off the phone with MAC heated because my RRB arrived damaged AND BROKEN! They said I have to wait for someone to call me sometime next week to decide what to do because they have to handle the RiRi Hearts collection differently for damages!?!? I guess they think people will lie about it to get more but don't you have to send the damaged products back? Never went through them before. So disappointed because RRB was the main one I was looking forward to. And when I say broken I mean literally, it dropped off of the base and on to the table AFTER I took this picture...so it looked like this before it fell!
oh no! i'm sorry you received a damaged product but how much differently do they have to handle this damaged lippie than other lippies? This heaux MAC is on some ish! it's still your product! fix your errors! they have to do much better on the customer service front and I really do hope you get a replacement especially since people can still make backorder purchases on the website. I just checked the tracking and my package was delivered around noon, i hope everything is in tact!

my heaux arrived today and i stuck it in the freezer for a bit before swatching. when i first tried it on my lips, it wasn't giving me berry at all!! it was really red, like T's swatches. however, after a couple minutes, it oxidized and became a little more berry, but it still never looked as good as Karen from MABB or PrettyKitty.

I'm NC45 for reference, but I still don't know what my undertones are...still learning. I'm pretty disappointed now. I think I'll go out and get NARS Damned, since I've tried that before and really loved it...it definitely gives me the berry I was hoping heaux would.

That is just ludicrous.I don't even need the email but they'd better get to refunding my funds. If they said 3-5 days though, I'll just have to wait and see. It better be 3-5 days. Today makes 3.

My RiRi Woo is at the post office and the money for that is still saying 'pending' in my account. SMH.

I didn't either lol. That's why I brought it up to the CS rep. To see what she had to say about me not receiving anything and saying if I hadn't checked on my own I never would have known. Ah well! It takes a lot for me to get upset...and I don't direct my anger at CS unless that particular CS person does something to truly garner it. I didn't get upset in this situation until the attitude of CS and refusal to allow me to speak to a Manager immediately occurred. Yes, diaappointed and a little heart broken but not angry.

I didn't get a notice either, just multiple emails letting me know about the backorder.

Wow....I don't even know what to say to that kind of customer service. Pure shock honestly.... A lot of us shop regularly at MAC, I think that's going to have to change. I cannot even deal with a company who acts like they are better than their consumers...their consumers give them life...without us, they'd be nothing.

HI you guys, I learned about this site from a suggestion on CurlyNikki.com. Been lurking on this particular thread every since the day of the RiRi release and decided to join. You ladies are so encouraging and I enjoy reading all of your post. Even the one's where yall are "reading" >>>insert attitude here<<< MAC for their shenanigans...LOL. I've recently spent too much on makeup to be proud of so I am going on a 3month no buy (except to replace staples). So I'll use this forum to get my temporary fix :) Thanks for having me.

That's exactly what it sounds like. And you know what? I don't even need one. Send my money though.

Agree that MAC corporate comes off looking nasty and vindictive. I hope cooler heads will prevail at MAC and not be like Pop Copy (for Dave Chapelle fans), "Why do we treat our customers like this? Cuz f*ck 'em! That's why!"
