I do NOT want USPS delivery because they botch EVERYTHING I get lol. I wish MAC would let you choose a better shipping option on releases like this if you want though. I noticed that for some reason I can't ever choose a different shipping option when I use PayPal as a payment option even on regular purchases that don't include any LE items....just not sure if it's because Bill Me Later funds my PayPal account when I use MAC (I think the only place that won't let BML fund it is if I use PayPal via Saks...it used my connected bank account in that instance).

Wow really? USPS has always been the business for me. For some reason, I don't know it might be because of where I live in Houston, with UPS it always takes them forever to deliver anything...and it's usually super freaking late (which is what scars me to death about my lipstick being delivered tomorrow). They really should give you more options though, because it's different for everyone and it would be very beneficial for people in southern, sweltering states to have the option for faster shipping.

I don't know how you feel about drugstore products, but Wet n' Wild's Plumberry liner is REALLY close.

ill see if i can track that down. drugstores around my house doesnt really have a big selection of wet n wild stuff unfortunately

Wow Pixie. I'm really sorry to hear that Mac really dropped the ball here.

I ordered one Heaux and it got canceled without my knowledge. I then ordered another one when it was still in stock and it came up as a Riri Boy, which I know for a fact I pushed for Heaux instead. I didn't want RRB, so the best CS could do was cancel the order. I have never seen anything like this from Mac before.
Thanks girl! I haven't ever had this sort of problem either. I guess it wasn't meant to be. I will just have to love the lippies that love me back! HeeHee We could always get that matte lip stuff I've heard about on this thread and matte-up our dupes. It might "slightly" ease the pain. I would like my RiRi launch day back please MAC.

Lol I know what you mean. I feel like I was in a one way relationship. I have so many questions like, "how could you??" "why?" "why are you never on time?". I need closure from my broken heart! hahahaha I'll be fine. I have both Damned and Scarlet Empress, both which I love to death so that'll have to do for now.

I would faint if Mac started to ship out packages via USPS! No ma'am! Lost mail would go through the roof! I'd send it all to a PO BOX tho if so. I really only trust fed ex they r the only carrier I've never had an issue with

I get my MAC packages via USPS and haven't had any problems to speak of. They go to my p.o. box. If I ship to my house address, they come via UPS.

With UPS it seems I'm always last on their route. I hate that. I like my packages at least mid-day.

For some reason I can't ship to my PO Box using my MAC account. Idk why but they won't ship to it So when they ship to your po box, they don't use ups first n then transfer it to USPS? What's it called, smart post?

UPS usually deliver at a decent time for me. Between 10-12 most of the time. I think the latest they've showed up may have been around 1:45. USPS is a nightmare with package deliveries in my area. I've had issues mostly with them and FedEx if it's the FedEx Home division...the one where they don't require a signature. They won't bother to ring the doorbell and will do the toss and dash...not realizing if I know a delivery is expected I am usually sitting right there watching and waiting for them so I see exactly what they do. I prefer required signature so there is accountability for things just in case something mysteriously happens to a package that was claimed to have been delivered. I've had USPS claim a package was delivered when it wasn't. I will literally watch my mailman deliver my regular mail, never get out of the truck, and then update my package status as delivered and left inside of door (which can't be don't because my glass outer door is NEVER unlocked for them to be able to leave anything inside of it. Also had them claim to have left it inside oft carport. Problem is that I don't have a carport that they can go inside of. I have a garage that they can't get into unless I leave the garage door open (which I don't...I'm too antisocial sometimes so I hide my car when I don't want impromptu visitors lol). Yeah, not a USPS fan at ALL lol

Nope. It goes directly from MAC to my po box. I get a USPS tracking number. I have no idea why you're unable to do it. I figured if you selected a p.o. box address as your shipping address, then it would deliver via USPS.

Yeah when I tried to update my address I have my po box n CS was like we don't ship to po box! We need physical address! So I was like oookay lol. If I knew that I would always ship to my box bc I know it will be secure versus doing next day

Well I'll be darned. LOL!

The people at my p.o. counter are probably tired handing over the black boxes. LOL! Most of the times my husband is there to get the package before they have time to put the slip in the box letting me know I have a package. Yesterday morning there was no slip but my tracking said it was available for pickup. My husband told them there was no slip yet but he gave them the p.o.box number or tracking number and told them it was a 'black box'.

They went right back there and got it. LMBO.

ETA: Of course I only select standard shipping too. I think deliveries to the P.O. only ship using standard shipping which is fine for me. If I order on a Tuesday, my package is there for me on a Saturday. 4 days isn't bad for me.

Ok, so my order isn't slated to arrive until tuesday, and after all these horror stories about melted and broken products... I'm scared as hell. It's been hot in Cali, and my lippies have been traveling for a few days in the back of a truck across the hot ass south to get here too   Pray for me.

Been busy. But my RRB came Friday and I was glad to see there were no issues with it after seeing so many people having problems with their lippies upon arrival. I actually wore it yesterday with NYX Purple Rain. I love a matte lip and even though I have UTA it's a little different to me. Love it so far

We literally have the same issues with UPS/USPS but in reverse. USPS is golden for me, I don't know why, I guess my mailman is just really good. Sometimes the UPS guy that comes is good but I think the last guy that was decent got switched to a different route. He use to deliver stuff earlier in the day, when it's sometime else they usually deliver in the late afternoon, which sucks.
