MAC Pressed Pigments Collection (August 2013)

i will get pink pepper if it gets restocked, if not, i ll just get something else, anyone thinks it might get a restock?

Ummm... I must confess... :D
I was invited yesterday to a mini party presenting the new pigments to another store.
They said none of the MAC stores here received from Pink Pepper... :(
And Damson and Jet Couture were already sold out, but the SA was kind to show me the testers. (Which are always hidden if a colour solds out.)
Then I swatched it and O-M-G!!! DAMSON!
I was literally mouthwatering over the swatch...

In the lid it looks an antique greenish-gold, but swatched... Now I understand why they chose the name Damson to it.
The base is a warm purple, absolutely stunning!
The texture is smooth, not gritty and almost without any fallout.
I was thrilled.
As I said before at my fave counter it was sold out, so as in this and in another store that I checked, so I was...

But then she said in the fourth store of the city there might be one left...

She called them and they had one left!!!

They reserved it for me so today after work I will pick it up.
I'm so happy, I fell in love with Damson, I was watching the swatch on my arm the whole night, LOL.

Hi girls, I was wondering how close Pink Pepper is to this L'Oréal shadow please? I'm debating getting it but don't want a dupe ^^ thanks in advance !!!

Is that Cherie Marie? Its gorgeous! Will it fit in a MAC palette???

Yes I think so too, actually wearing it right now with Rubenesque ;) I don't know its name, I tried to check on the bottom but like an idiot I took off the little tag when I first opened it

It is an "Infaillible" shadow and I think it was limited edition last summer if that helps

oh and also I don't think you can depot a Infaillible shadow because they are a little like Pressed Pigment in consistency and I don't think they come in a metal pot, just the plastic jar (but I could be wrong)

Same here! I decided to skip out on them but I kept seeing MAC girls post looks with Jet Couture on IG so I decided to buy one and test it out. I absolutely love it! It does have a bit of fallout but I just do my eyes before foundation. I definitely want to try more. We want more, we want more!

I just returned from my CCO and they had Jet Couture and Spot Lit , so I snagged them both. I remember seeing Beaming last week, but didn't get them due to T's reviews. After trying the 4 I purchased from this collection, I fell in love with them. I went back to get it and it was gone. Glad I was able to get the other two.

The girl at CCO said that MAC was discontinuing Gleam, VEX, Print, Crystal Avalanche, Forgery Goldbit (they had lots of these too) and several others....they had gotten shipment and more than 40 of each of the shades they had there.

If anyone is still looking for Beaming, Nordstrom has it in stock. That's where I purchased it from.
