Probably 2 weeks or so. It feels like forever between Nars launches and Sephora launches. Even longer for the stores to get it (around here anyway). I think I'm going to wait and see it in person. I've narrowed things down to 2 lipsticks. Short Circuit and Goodbye Emmanuelle.

Thanks! Got Goodbye Emmanuelle, Coeur Battant, and Cambodia. I might end up getting Short Circuit too but I'm still undecidedIt's up now.

The prononciation is different in France and Québec, yes, in that particular case it's not really different (the vowels differ, mostly), but in other cases the differences are more noticeable.
People say French is hard to learn, but like katred said so is English.
Believe me that with the very basics, you get yourself understood, and what matters is getting your point across and communicating your thought, not speaking the language flawlessly. I'll be looking forward to your swatches before this collection reaches Europe.

It's up on the nars uk website as well. Two of the lipsticks aren't available yet last tango and the red one but everything else is there. I got both blushes, goodbye emmanuelle, full frontal and mississippi mermaid. I'm going to get last tango when it's available and the pewter eyeshadow. Expensive month!!!!

I used to work for a French (as in based in France) company and a lot of their employees were from France originally. They used to liken the Quebec accent to a duck quacking... In truth, there's a lot of variation even within the province (as there certainly is within France). I know my (francophone) fiance cringes when he hears really "back country" Quebec accents, being a city-bred boy...
But certainly English is difficult, because it comes from a lot of different sources. Other languages- like French or German or Spanish- have relatively straightforward roots. English is a hybrid of all the British invaders- the Romans, the Germanic tribes, the Celts, the Vikings and the French. So its words and rules come from ALL of those.

After I ordered some of them yesterday, I'm attracted to Future Red, Short Circuit and Mississippi Mermaid now.
I already have many red and orange-red lipsticks and don't wear orange-red lipsticks often cuz they don't look good on my skintone (except in the summer). Besides, I also have lots of eyeshadows which is similar to Mississippi Mermaid. (Champagne shade is definitely not unique!!)
I should stop watching this collection and forget about it.

Did a pre-sale with the boutique for Coeur Battant and No Limits nail polish. I'll see if there's anything else I want when I go in person.
