It's OK.

Usually there's a 20% discount a couple of times, but this is the first time they did a 25% off, wich is nice because winter collections are arriving in stores. I have a wonderful little Sephora nearby with super nice people, but they don't have NARS (or many other brands), so I *have* to order online. That's a good idea, but sadly they don't do phone orders, and they even refuse to say when collections are available if you ask them.

I envy you all when you're talking about pre-ordering and free shipping and samples and return policies, etc...

Here in Sephora stores you can buy 200€ worth of products and get no samples at all, poor service, and there is almost no return policy (you can return a product within 7 days for refund, 60 days for store credit, if it's unopened, unswatched and ready to be put back on shelves immediately, and you pay for the return if you ordered online). Also many brands are 30% more expensive, for ... reasons. It's still better than prices in Asutralia or Singapore, though. :/ Sorry for the rant, lol.
