I'm amazed at the customer service in the US. I bet my whole stash that over here they would never send you a new one, and especially not letting you keep the other.

@Naynadine I am too! I was really expecting to have to send it back and pay for shipping and I was going to be not so happy. I was floored when she was just like ya let me check your order number and we'll get a new one shipped out to you. I was like "CS say what?" It was shocking, but I was very glad that it happened.
