and lipstick swatches of lustres never do it for me. especially temptalias cuz sometimes i put it on and love it and her swatch wasnt making me want it. will wait til in store i guess. debating on ordering anything tonight tho
Lustres really are variable depending on your natural lip color. Checking them out in person makes a huge difference.

Those are really cute! They look very smooth too. I don't always look good in pastel shadow but those bright and matte pastels I could handle. Have you ever ordered from this easy store before?

I havent yet but i think i will order this week!! in the store there are tons of sets that are so nice and sample sets for pretty cheap i may go that way to try it out. there are bright sets, shimmer sets, matte naturals. It jus caught my eye this week been looking and looking!!! And as far as lip color goes mine run pink to red so it is soooo much different to try them on!! i have soooo many lovely lipsticks i jus ordered from the clearance bin alone and want all the stuff from playland so no reason to jump the gun and order the lipsticks yet!!

nooooo!! not at all from the swatches i seen. resort is more purple (i use it to line my lips with heroine cuz i couldnt STAND it as an eyeliner) and phlox garden is more plum n berry-ish. i think resort is the only eye kohl that wasnt workable for my eyes which is crazy cuz i prefer kohl's since its so soft n blendable.

Ok jus broke down and ordered Dreaming Dahlia, Fluer Dcoral, and Rose lily!!! will go in store for blushes and msf altho i do love the swatches of the new PT and will surely buy that one for sure. I never had the first one and think the new one looks stunning. same with SR. My mom bought me the three lipsticks tonight for my early bday gift that was super nice

Report back - I am usually really leery of homemade style makeup like you see on Etsy because the quality control scares me. I'd love some colors that were this matte, opaque and pigmented - they're really nice too because they seem like they don't use so much white that they're chalky looking.

You're right about Resort being more on the purple side compared to PG. It pulls really red when I wear it on my eyes, though, especially in the waterlines. I looooove it, but then again I love all reddish colors around my eyes - makes them really pop and doesn't particularly make me look like a vampire or a ghoul!

I'm going to bring it along tomorrow in my giant dupe bag when I check out the collection.

Yeah i never have ordered any home made cosmetics before either but im gonna go for it later this week. i will let u know. I jus think it is worth a chance as they are ideal colors for what im looking for. I could see myself really wearing them a lot. And they arent too much so i think the worst that can happen is they fade super fast. im gonna order a set of lil samples. love that they have that option. I wanna try sugar pill. those look amazing too.
