I agree with you. I usually agree with Liba's reviews, so I'm inclined to order a few anyway. And HerGreyness posted a few handswatches in this thread when it first started. I guess the pre-counter online release is for the early adopters. I keep going back and forth--I'm thinking I'll go to my MAC store looking for these just to make sure I'm getting shades that flatter my actual coloring. Better safe than sorry? Then my browser window opens again to the MAC site LOL how'd that happen?

Innocent was a perfect nude match for my NC15 skin - just a little bit deeper than my skin tone. I found it vey flattering and am getting it for sure. Kittenish was beautiful too - one of my favorites. I'm going back to my store today to lip swatch all the rest of the ones I hadn't gotten to the other day, so i'll say more, but by tomorrow or the next day, Temptalia will probably have some photos. I personally never take photos, out of respect for my friends at the MAC store.I think I'm going to hold out and wait for swatches.
I was going to get Kittenish and Innocent but 'm not too sure if I like the colours any more =/
I'm worried Innocent will be too pale a nude. And Kittenish isn't the shade I was expecting from the colour story description and now looking at the mac site/promo images...Undecided...

Yeah, I can pull that shade off. It's a favored shade right now. My lip color will turn it a bit more red. I'm thinking about HD & Fearless, Pleasant & Kittenish (but I want it to pull lavender) next.Berry Bold is very orangey red - are you OK with that? It's "my type" of red, and my coloring is so much more NC than yours.
The color I'd say for you, first off, without a shadow of a doubt, would be either Pleasant, Patentpink, or Hopelessly Devoted (or maybe Kittenish).
Definitely better safe than sorry overall. I think just about anyone could do Pleasant - it's very similar to Out for Passion Huggable!!!!

PATENTPINK is the lavender one (not Kittenish - got those two mixed up) It will pull lavender, but it's definitely not a straight bluish lavender - it's more of a lavender pink. I'd call it in line with Viva Glam Gaga I, but with 1/3 more lavender (and less whiteness).
