WTH is happening?!?!?!??! I ordered my lipsticks IMMEDIATELY when they became available at Nordstrom's. Not only have they not shipped, the order is still "in process" and when I use live chat the lady says, "I'm sorry, it says your order is "in research", so I have no answer for you. But what's great about Nordstroms is that we don't charge you until we ship! So you don't lose any money!" And I'm like, "how does this help me? These lipsticks are now sold out everywhere, if you cancel my order then I'm going to have to track them down and end up paying more than twice the price for fakes on ebay, all because you took my order when you didn't even have the product in stock. I could have bought them somewhere else!" And she's just like, "oops. That's sad." Not kidding, I've got tears welling up in my eyes. I waited so long for this, saved up my birthday and christmas money, and I got screwed. Seriously, I'm like out of the makeup game, this is just too much.
