I used to work in a packing warehouse and trust me when I say that stuff like this happens all the time. It is really easy to make mistakes when you are pushed to fulfill orders at speeds beyond your limits. I'm not saying this is true for everyone that works at a warehouse, but the people at the place I worked at didn't give a single crap about their job. However, if these screw ups are due to human error, they will get in quite a bit of trouble. And as far as the customer service reps go, they are probably just as frustrated as we are about all the mistakes that they have to try to fix.

can we just have a moment of silence for mac really screwing things up SO BAD! i didn't order anything from this collection prices are to steep for me and nothing is really calling out to me but i really feel bad for all you ladies that are beyond pissed right now i hope somehow this all gets sorted out! the quicker the better. this collection was just released horribly

I got the wrong one, too! I wanted Sunset Beach and got Ocean City.

Did anyone that ordered just one blush actually got what they ordered? It seems everyone got a different blush from what they ordered.

Yes it is gorgeous. I purchased Sunset Beach and I love it, it's soft and intense, the packagings are truly beautiful. I wish I had ordered Mangrove but I am so glad to have 1 ombré blush here !

Sorry too anxious to read all of the posts but did anyone get a rep to verify which name goes with what color I ordered from Belk by name Ocean City and I'm very worried..light pink is a no go for me!

Is Ocean City the Orange one?

Wow MAC's customer service has sure gone to hell. It used to be outstanding. One time I ordered four of the 15 pan e/s palettes. I received 4 blush palettes. They told me to keep the blush palettes and expressed shipped the e/s ones. I wasn't expecting that as it wasn't a product that they would have to toss like makeup. Another time they sent a $35 giftcard with the replacement product of one that arrived damaged. I told them it was clearly damaged by UPS. A couple of different times I emailed a suggestion and each time they sent a little something to me. One time it was just blotting film but it was a very good customer service thing to do.

I don't stick around if the customer service does not treat the customer well. That would be talking to you COACH. Do not buy anything from them if you expect a company to stand behind their products. They do no and have horrible customer service. I just wish I had known this before I had purchased 5 or 6 bags that they profitted from me. They kept offering me discounts. I said no thank you. Then they said they would put the discounts on my customer account so I could use later on. I told them to add whatever amount they wanted but it would not be used as I was never going to purchase another COACH product.

Kate Spade goes beyond great c/s and have earned a loyal customer in me because of it. And of course I love the bags and other items.
