Nope! Just got off the phone about 10 min ago and not only did they not apologize until I pushed, they basically said "too bad so sad" and admitted it was a problem they were aware of! lol I was so shocked by the response I was speechless
it seems to depend who you talk to- i called twice bc i got stressed out (none of you know me irl thank god- i am super neurotic and a virgo). the first girl was like oh okay they will fix it whatever. the second girl was SO nice and helpful and apologetic.
she gave me a case number for my complaint (take a number lol), and said they'd call me back in 24 hours, but '[she] wasn't gonna lie- it could be longer, but [she] really hoped it'd be a quick fix.' she guessed it was an issue with the sku.
she's like 'i hope you get your pink blush
