I feel the same way. I love her pictures and swatches, but as someone who reviews make up for a living, I think she has little patience for products that aren't immediately perfect. She also applies make up a bit heavy handed for me, but it always shows the true colour. I like Karen for showing how wearable a product can be.

It seems to me that she rushes to get reviews done, which leaves little time for her to really test products. She really has her likes and dislikes when it comes to MAC, especially mineralize products (she generally dislikes). I've also been noticing that when she lists dupes, they are always products that she has recently reviewed instead of things that I would call a true "dupe."

So I just got off the phone with MAC. They told me they are waiting to hear from the brand as to how they are going to handle this. They will give me a call back in 2 days. Looks like I'm at the store tomorrow. Any other SFL girls going to be out there? If you are which ones are you going to?

Well I don't get my blushes until tomorrow, end of day. I'm so freaking nervous. I ordered both, I hope I get both and they aren't damaged.

I just rec'd my order of both blushes--no problems here. One of each in the box. No damage, everything went okay. I hope yours are the same! :)

I'll be there at our usual store in the A. Probably during lunch or after work. I won't be getting my box until tomorrow afternoon but I'm 100% sure it's wrong.

Has anyone received any word from MAC reg the mixup? CS keeps saying you will get a call in 12-24 hours and nothing more.I really wanted OC and not SB. I should have just backordered from Nordstrom instead of going for overnight shipping at MAC :-(

Hi ladies well my friend in Texas chased mac up She phoned cs Anyhow they said about them phoning her back Between 24/48 hours great :( Boo hoo

Sad thing about Mac fails is that it does adversely affect us as customers with future prices increases etc. I just did want I wanted to do forever but was undecided. Placed an order with Nordies........................for Burberry makeup, lol. I have yet to see Chanel, Dior, TF etc with this kind of nonsense. I really love Mac but this type of stuff can only continue for so long! Make it right, Mac!

This is sooooooooo messed up mac come on really I recieved the wrong blush also I called this morning and the nice cs lady was like we are already aware of the problem and mac is trying to decide if they are going to let everybody keep or sent back the wrong one head shakes and it will take 2 days to sort it out asked for my number to call me back my big order comes tommorow I have about 4 orders total I'm praying everything else is okay I tried sunset beach this morning my ups mac came late about 9pm I was sleep because I was not feeling well and tried it this morning its a pretty pink it shows up can't wait to get my lippes now hope mac get it together soon

I've been dying to try a Burberry makeup product. Especially a lipstick. I won't lie, half of it is because of the gorgeous packaging!
