I received the wrong blush also and just spoke to mac rep who said i probably won't get a response till early or mid next week.Hundreds of customers were effected. He didn't sound hopeful that we would get replacement blushes.More like everyone will get a refund:crybaby:

OMG I'm so glad I have yet to order from this collection because it didn't excite me one bit. I just need the brush for my collection. I betcha someone in the Mac warehouse will be fired over this. I can imagine the money MAC is going to lose fixing the issue. I'm so sorry for you ladies who just wanted the goods and now have to deal with this

I remember when i ordered something on bu from nordies and I'm thinking im getting my actual package when it was just samples lol. I don't know why they do that though it makes more sense to just ship everything together.

People seem to be getting different answers on what MAC is going to do. One girl posted this in a facebook group, I'm not sure if shes a member of Specktra but her name is Ashleigh. Then someone else posted: So I'm curious why everyone is getting conflicting answers?

Because it's MAC and they're on a roll :eyeroll: Tbh holding the store launch would be smart, they need to make this right for those who already purchased items, those who haven't at least won't have money in limbo with uncertain items. All I know is Proenza is likely very unhappy about this, too much of a catastrophe with this launch.
