Now I know I'm not alone in this. Add me to the wrong blush list. I ordered 2 OC and got 2 SB. So mad right now words can even describe it. I don't know if I should mail them back or what? A Mac CS said they will contact me between 24/48 hrs still no call. Same BS they are giving you guys. CS didn't say I could keep the blush and still refund me which I was hoping for but no, not even that. With attitude the girl says: "I don't know what you want me to tell you but that we are aware of the situation and will contact you and let you know what to do". That's it. My mouth just dropped. I ended the call because I didn't want to make the situation worst. Btw, how can they not notice? Why can't they e-mail their customers in advance? Don't they scan their products before shipping? I mean Wtf? Waited all night for this.
Plus, I live so far away from a Mac counter I can't even go get OC at the store. I see everyone is having the same issue plus Mac apparently is shipping bugs now too? What's wrong with them? Smh. You know, I wouldn't mind their price increase every year if their CS was good, if they didn't screw up so much. Thank God for Specktra and all you ladies and gents.
