MAC Patentpolish Lip Pencil Collection - (April 3, 2014)

Mine smell normal too. I think I have 6 or 7 now (can you tell that I love them

LOL). They sold out at both the Mac counters I frequent, so even though there isn't a lot of positive buzz about them online, people are still liking them which is great I think!

I already BU'd Hopelessly Devoted because it is just so perfect on my complexion, but I love them all! I haven't tried Patentpink yet because generally I can't pull off cool pinks.

Which 3 did you get?

It turns out that with my lipsticks the cap smells like burned plastic and thats what i smelled in the lipstick. Mystery solved!

I bought Hopelessly Devoted, Spontaneous, Kittenish, Go for Girlie, Teen Dream, and Revved up. I love them all, but Revved up is a bit light for my complexion, and I think I will give it to my mom since it would be perfect for her.

On a different topic, did you end up getting the Rebel lipglass mini? I think you were considering it but wanted to buy groceries first? Maybe I'm remembering wrong LOL! I am thinking of getting pink lemonade. The mini's are so cute and the perfect size!

I have only just received mine so I haven' t had the chance to try a lot of combos yet.
But yesterday I had Briar Rose BP on my cheeks and applied PP and loved that combo

Any cool toned pink/lavender should look amazing paired with PP.
Full of Joy, Azalea Blossom, Sunday Afternoon, Veronica' s Blush, Pink Buttercream, Unconventional etc.etc.etc.
So many possibilities!


I think that Strada or Notorious (Chanel) paired with PP look awesome too

Briar Rose looks pretty from what I have seen and looks like it'd be very pretty with it.

I did buy groceries first. Yay me. I've been trying very hard to eat better and thus lose some weight this year. So far it's not working, which is really frustrating. I've given up my Gummi Bears, even changed my sleep med because the one I was taking caused weight gain. Ugh. So I didn't buy Rebel yet. It's funny that you are thinking of a Pink Lemonade. I bought that when it first came out. I agree they are the perfect size. I rarely use an entire lip gloss. Does anyone?

I thought I was the only one who did stuff like that! Make-up and clothes, those are my vices. I've quit all of my other bad habits, though. I feel I deserve something to look forward to!
