I really wanted to skip this collection so I could have a break from MAC, but It looks like I'm going to be getting a few shadows (hopefully two at the most). So far my list consists of Artistic License, Blooming Mad, Hidden Motive and Deep Fixation. I've been trying to keep myself from buying dupes of things I already own, so I compared DF to Garnet in the Lorac Pro palette and they seem very much alike from T's swatches. Do you all think it's safe for me to skip or do I absolutely need that shadow in my life?

I had a feeling Deep Fixation would be like Garnet. I was actually hoping for it. I don't have the Lorac Pro Palette but I got it for my mother-in-law for Christmas and Garnet is a beautiful shade.I really wanted to skip this collection so I could have a break from MAC, but It looks like I'm going to be getting a few shadows (hopefully two at the most). Deep Fixation e/s is a must! There is no way to photograph how beautiful DF is on the eyes. Thanks! I noticed after posting that the Garnet shade in my Lorac Pro is looking like I'm going to be seeing pan soon, so it couldn't hurt to pick up a shade that is similar (maybe even better). I didn't realize how much I actually use that shade, so it will be nice to depot it and put it in my everyday MAC palette.

I will be getting Artistic License, Blooming Mad, and Green Room, and make a quad with DF. And I also have Lucky Green in another quad. Normally I'd might skip BM but I think it will actually look great with DF and GR, too.
And Fluidlines, and maybe one SS if there is a great colour.

Even though DF is close to Garnet in the Lorac palette, I actually don't have that palette. I usually stay away from eyeshadows in collections because I would rather buy the cheaper pan form. Will I be able to B2M for it? That's the only way I would pick it up.
