Look on the far right for "Recent Images in this Thread" and click on view all. There are comparison photos of many purple lipsticks. The photos don't always say what colors they are, but in the top there's a message #, and if you click that you'll see what the poster wrote.
Pure Heroine is darker and a tad redder than
Heroine, but there's a bit more going on with
PH than just than, such as finish.
I got
Pure Heroine on Friday (cool! next day delivery worked!) and wore it yesterday. I put it on in the AM, then had a real breakfast (that's my biggest meal of the day), around 5PM-ish i had a bowl of soup. After the soup i looked in a mirror and there was still a fair amount of lipstick still on my lips! When i went to bed i wiped off my face but not my lips because by then i figured it would be all gone. Woke up to find there was still a hint of color on my lips!
Heroine never lasted so long...
ETA: i prefer a bluer lipstick - if this went on the color it is in the tube i would be ecstatic! But it still looks great! There's a hint of complexity to the color. Plus i like this finish better than matte. I am not at all disappointed. Not backing it up, tho - i rarely do - my only lipstick BUs are
