Now here's a challenge. I'm definitely returning the SS, and I'm thinking of exchanging it for pro pan e/s. After de-potting green room and artistic license I have room for one more eyeshadow in my pink/purple palette (Plum dressing, Stars n rockets, artistic license) Mind you I last minute purchased The Sharon Osbourne Duchess Quad before my No Buy started.... Any suggestions?
Maybe Fig. 1 to add a darker matte shade for the outer V?

I agree. Definitely a matte, as you have 3 shimmers and a matte will add a variety of textures. A red-based purple such as fig 1, sketch (tho technically not matte but acts like a matte), deep damson, or even shadowy lady are all nice colours that will go great will the 3 already in that palette.

I hauled Artistic License, Green Room and all three fluidlines. So far I've only tried AL and Copperthorn. LOVE the former, and meh on the latter. I'm going to give it another shot and if I still can't get it to work for me the way I want it to, it goes bye-bye.

Agree! All of those would be beautiful to coordinate with the other 3. Since Erin reminded me of Sketch, it might actually be the best choice, and yes, it definitely acts like a matte once applied. I think Sketch would coordinate with but not overpower the other shades in your palette...just add more dimension and depth to them.

Thank you for all those who recommended the Veluxe Pearl finish as my starter Mac eyeshadow I love it! I only regret the purchase of the Phospherecent SS. After using it immediately I realized I was right about the formula and color being dupeable The Revlon Lip Butter collection is darn near the same formula and I'm quite certain the color exists in their line. I'm thinking of returning it and getting moody bloom as I think that color is unique. I like the moistness of the lip butters and the supreme sheen sometimes. Also thanks for whoever suggested the thought of making a moody blooms palette

Love the palettes. Now id love to see you post an EOtD with these!
If anyone is curious about the SS Venomous Violet, I got it in the mail today and posted this pic on my Instagram. It does grab on to dry patches, but it's only noticeable if someone is really close to your face. I love it!
That sure looks a heck of a lot better than T's swatch!

Thank you for posting--i was very curious about VV. Too bad it's no buy July for me. Maybe it will still be there in August.

I was thinking it might be highlighter material too, but just tried it and NOPE. LOL. That's a good idea mixing it with another blush, I'm going to try that later! I also agree with everyone else, I love your videos! :)
Aw! Thank you for checking out my videos. :flower: I'm a NW 30/35 for reference. Here is my face of the day (from yesterday) that I threw together using my Moody Blooms goodies. I have Lucky Green on my lid, Artistic License on my brow, Green Room in the crease, Deep fixation in the outer corner, Black Ivy as liner, and the False Lashes Extreme Black on my eyelashes. Since I'm looking down, you cannot see that I also have Deep Fixation smudged across my lower lashline and Copperthorn on the inner corner of my lower lashline. On my cheeks I blended Worldly Wealth and Bred for Beauty Together. And finally on my lips, I'm wearing the Moody Bloom SS. I love this look; and I enjoy seeing everyone else's swatches and photos.
Gorgeous! Love the eyes especially

I played with Copperthorn a few nights ago and I love it! I did what the MAC artist told DollySnow and pressed it in consecutive spots. When I tried to drag it with the brush it did crumble, but as long as I did it the other way it worked fine. Really a pretty, unique look. Here are a few pics. (Not great color since it was the middle of the night.)
