Have you asked MAC CS about what course of action they will be taking in order to correct the price that was charged to you? They should be able to see in your order what you were charged and do any crediting if need be. I'd suggest you try contacting them about the price discrepancies and see what they say. I'd assume they'll credit you back anything that was over charged.

Ok l mailed them today. Placed order 2th july and apperently error and in the stores.I think they should call me as lm the purchaser and they said shipped in your order Jas been shipped. They could have called. I dont wanna call abroad.l mailed twice Boooo

I got all shadows and a blush. Then l got tracking nr and then customer services said orders shipped. But the price was all wrong on the shadows. I didnt noticed. But cs says shipped but DHL dont update. They are slow but lm anxious.... Help?

I think you get a faster response if you call, e-mail is notoriously slow, forget about it. They will credit your card if its their error. And sometimes then they give you a freebie, but they will fix it. Don't panic, I still think MAC has the best CS I have dealt with. Did you order from US or Sweden?
