lipstick + gloss i traced the lip outline lightly with chestnut pencil and smudged, but it wasn't necessary to make the lipstick work. i definitely prefer this lipstick on myself  with the rest of my face done, rather than yesterday when i tried it right out of the box on my totally makeup free face. although that too, topped with the gloss it worked better than on its own. the sideshow you blush and aphrodite's shell helped balance out the cool tone of the lips. i agree with those who said the camera doesn't do the shade justice. at least not mine... conclusion: me likey!

I am really surprised that this color works on so many skin tones, such a unique color - I hope to play around with lipliner to see if I can make the color even more wearable for the daytime and less vampy looking

I'm happy I picked this up. The camera, or my camera is really not doing it justice. The combo for me gives me life!

Bad pic but it is gorgeous! It is very similar to icon though, I actually prefer icon. Still beautiful though and the lipglass on top is a must! I wore it over 1000 years by nyx.

Just got mine from Mr. UPS - not sure what I think of it yet but I defiantly love the lipglass - I am NC 15 for reference - no liner, just lipstick with lipglass -I normally would not pair it with purple eyeshadow, that is just what I was wearing today (simpsons collection eyeshadow and blush)

Your welcome! One of these days you gotta divulge your skincare routine and yes, I got VGR2 today! Both lipstick and lipglass. Picked them up on my way home from work but I haven't even tried it on my lips yet. The MUA that sold them to me was wearing the combo with vino and it looked so pretty. I can't wait to try it out.

Loving the look on everyone! I only picked up the lipglass for now, but I think I will buy the lipstick next payday! Snatched Itchy and Scratchy and Sexy during the restock today and I am on a tight tight budget because I am saving for RHPS! Eventually it will be mine!
