Random question for the Terracotta Joli Teint users :) How long does your tube last? I'm using about a pump a day on weekdays and am trying to figure out when (and if) I should restock, as it would take about a week and a half to two weeks to get to me.

Mine has lasted for several months because I don't use it every day----I rotate a few different foundations. If it takes that long to get to you and that's the only foundation you're using I think I'd want to have it on hand. It should be okay stored in a cool location.

I'm so upset that the only Sephora in my country pulled out the entire Guerlain display and remaining products without any notice or even discounts. Apparently I was the only person who bought Guerlain stuff from them because they usually pull out the brand with lowest sales and restocking. To make it worse, it was the only place that had the crazy pearls, and now my only hope is eBay, which I don't have an account.

The space is now a big Bite and Kat Von D display. ;_; At least I got to see a bit of the holiday collection at JC Penney. They only had the Petrouchka palette, the holiday meteorites, and Rouge Parade lipstick. I'll buy the meteorites in stores as soon as I get paid next week, and the holiday eyeshadows will be bought online via Nordstrom.

Wow...that's pretty awful. I wonder why they couldn't have at least waited until the start of the New Year.
I guess it's just business & the bottom line that counts.

Oh no that's awful, I'm sorry Kaidan.

That's crazy. They're owned by the same company, for crying out loud. The Guerlain display at my Sephora is pretty limited, but it is right at the front and has "the hits" (bronzers and balls), as well as foundations and a selection of the shadows and lippies. Luckily for me, Guerlain is one of the easiest brands to find, so there isn't a problem getting what I want. I'm surprised that they wouldn't have done more with the brand, seeing as there don't seem to be a lot of other options in your area.

On another note, I was at a Guerlain counter earlier today and I noticed that several of the Rouge Automatique shade testers were marked with a "D", which I assume means they're being discontinued. Here's a list of the shades that were "marked for death":

103- Chant d'Aromes
105- Vol de Nuit
122- Liu
140- Mitsouko
141- Quand Vient l'Été
161- Cherry Blossom
162- Bloom of Rose
163- Rose Bengale

If you see these available around you and like the shades, I'd advise picking them up. Personally, I'm very sad to see that Cherry Blossom will be gone. It's my favourite light pink lipstick EVER.

It doesn't help that the current two Guerlain counters are a little outdated with their products. They still have several of the old eyeshadow quads, Kiss Kiss glosses, the single eyshadows (those were actually alright), and a few other things. They have the new meteorites, rouge g's, the 4 and 6 eyeshadow quads, foundations, and perfumes. They don't have the lightest terracotta 4 seasons bronzer nor the new lipglosess, the eyeshadow duos, the new Kiss Kiss lipsticks, and the nail polishes. The Sears counter still has Madame Rougit blush, Luo-Ling and Bianca Ora rouge automatiques, and the Calligraphy palette. They might have other previous LE stuff from 2011-2012 but I need to ask in person because the SA's from Sears are a bit clueless unless it's Clinique, Dior, YSL, Lancome, or Elizabeth Arden. The JC Penney counter is slightly more updated, but still limited at the same time. They get the summer bronzers and some of the spring items, but not all of them. At least they got some of this year's holiday collection because neither counters had last year's collection.

Liu and Quand Vient l'Été are being discontinued?! D: That's really awful! I suspected of Bloom of Rose, Rose Bengale, and Cherry Blossom being on the list because they were out of stock on several online sites for a while.

One of the Sephora employees told me that they decided to pull the brand around August when Illamasqua was removed, and they sent back everything early this month because I remember that the display with several items was still around in September.

It really sucks because they didn't gave any warning whatsoever.

That's so unfortunate!
