Oh my, that Impulse lipstick is beautiful! Thank you for the swatch. How do you like the formula?

I have worn it a few times. I think the formula is ok (with my very dry lips I'm no expert on mattes though), a bit difficult as it's in a chapstick format. I have to try a lip pencil next time to get a better result.

Uh oh. The chapstick format is no bueno, particularly for a matte. That said, I love the shade so I may place a small order once my bank account recovers from my Audacious rampage.

I have not worn any of the lipsticks from this collection. Sad. I know. I don't think I could name more than one color from this collection without looking. Even sadder, I know. I think I may wear FR today.

I tried a suggestion I saw here and loved it, Lined my lips with Fashion boost then FR, I really liked it, maybe you can try it too

I will try that. I live Fashion Boost. I was also going to try it with Flat Out Fabulous to make it pop. I was going to add a little in the middle.

I got the chapstick because it was not available in their little sample format. It did not cost really anything and I knew I'd like it.

I'm wearing Living Legend today and thank goodness I decided to wear Bespoken For lip pencil underneath because this color is a mess. I can distinctively see the areas where the lipstick has totally disappeared but like I said the lip pencil is holding it together from looking a hot mess. I don't know what is going on. Perhaps, I received a dud?

I can distinctively see the areas where the lipstick has totally disappeared but like I said the lip pencil is holding together from looking a hot mess. I don't know what is going on. I didn't get LL, but that is exactly what my Pure Heroine does, it just migrates around and leaves odd patches of lip showing. Odd that this would happen with a matte though.I'm sorry yours isn't working for you without a liner.

I returned Living Legend because it was to dark and it was patchy like yours.

Yep, that's exactly what's going on. This morning, I didn't even notice this issue because I put the lip pencil all over, but I had a late lunch and just checked to see if everything was in place and noticed how messy this lipstick is. Disappointed really because Living Legend suits me better than Lingering Kiss because of the slight burgundy/red base. What a shame.
