Anna was out of stock last nite so I was kind of happy that I didn't have to make my 5th order. So tonite the code still works and Anna hopped in my cart and my fingers pressed " Place Order" so fast that my mind was still contemplating:shock:
You won't regret it, Anna is such a beautiful favorite shade ;)

Is the Sephora website down for anyone else? I've just returned from the US (I'm in Australia) and now when I try to access the website, either just the home page or specific product pages, I get the following message:

I've just been doing some Googling on the issue, and it looks like Sephora are geo-blocking Australians ahead of the first Australian store opening on 5 December. The Australian store isn't even going to be doing online orders, and they've never shipped to Aust from the US site, and now they won't even let us browse the US site

And the Australian website hasn't even been set up yet.


A quick check of the Australian Facebook page shows Sephora is really p!ssing off a lot of potential Australian customers, and they haven't even opened yet. Way to go Sephora!

There was a huge scandal about the eye dusts (know discontinued) being repackaged and doe lied about it, unsanitary habits in the lab, people ordering and not getting product at all or way late in the game, unresponsive and or rude replies to emails, Doe harassing anyone who gave her a bad review (not just temptalia) using different names to harass people with, just plain immature and really unprofessional behavior. 2 of my friends placed orders and didn't receive their packages until over a month after placing their orders. This is all I can think of right off the top of my head as it's been a few years since all of this went down, but it was enough at the time to keep me from ordering. I know they've probably improved over the years, but all that drama has just lingered in the back of my mind and keeps me from hitting submit every single time I attempt to give one of their products a chance.
Yuck! I've read all the posts here about it... and about to google it myself. I had no idea about all of this grimy crap!! Good thing I already placed my ordered without blindly throwing her stuff in my cart. No way.

They need to do away with the exclusive 20% only for VIB/Rouge and give the discount across the board to any cardholder regardless of spending level. Talk about creating bad blood. Not everyone has the ability to reach VIB/Rouge. Such a shame.
This is the first year, that I recall, where regular BIs were excluded from the sale. But yeah, they shouldn't have done that. Massive turnoff.

What the fresh hell? :shock: Sephora are really shooting themselves in the foot, repeatedly. It would not surprise me if they end up losing customers from all this. (That said: Get Hola Better Internet, if you can. No more geoblocking!)

I just came here to just see what you all had purchased and see pics.....and lord what did I see "the code is still working" and something about nars - Anna jumping into someone's basket. Don't you know I've had Anna in my basket along with the Almeria blush twice in my basket and when I went to check out it was gone.

well after seeing the code is still working I went to Sephora .com and both the blush and Anna were right there

Look whose order finally got a shipping label made! That's progress. I think I'll pull the trigger on Bette and call it a year on Sephora.

I really hope the code doesn't work tomorrow.. otherwise, I am doomed.. I've made three orders in 2 days..c'mon now..

After fighting a huge pimple all day, I decided to cash in one more order for the Origins acne treatment gel. Considering the Boscia one now as well.
