MAC MAC Is Beauty Collection (March 30 / April 2, 2015)

This collection is all about the fluidlines for me. I'm getting Blue Peep, Siahi, Ivy, and Brassy and Silverstroke (might wait on these if they are perm). I might get Real Redhead, but otherwise the l/s are a skip for me.

I was so excited for Real Doll and Notice me until I saw the swatches. Why do they have to be so many lustres in this collection?

I'm kind of disappointed with the pigmentation of both but I know I'll kick myself if I skip them. I'm just going to use lip liner to make them work.

I've really been looking forward to this collection for the lipsticks but I'm so confused! The swatches I've seen look so different on everyone. I'm not sure which lipsticks I want.

I can't take lustres, ugggh. Make Me Gorg is nice, but do any of these look like Sushi Kiss? I just got that one from a cco last week. Went to MAC last Sat and they put me down for an appointment on April 9th for the collection. Not sure how she got me to do that. I would have already had what I wanted from the collection by then if anything. Lol.

agreed. I got the very first macro violet when it was released, and I don't believe that it was nearly as pigmented as T's swatch posted today. Lowlights looks wonderful as well.

Here's a swatch of Copperthorn. It is a little hard to apply without looking "clumpy",but I've found you can kinda blend it out and make it look more smooth if you're using it over the whole eye. I like using it in my inner corners or for a bit of an accent shade.

Pearl Blossom BP almost looks like a blush on T, which makes me think it will be far too dark for me to use as anything else...it's pretty but I don't need another pink blush, was hoping for something I could use as a highlighter.

Otherwise my list remains the same.

I spoke to someone on MAC chat in regards to all the fluidlines being permanent, as stated on T's website... She hasn't got the slightest clue whatsoever
