Karen should be putting up swatches soon, so hopefully that will help clarify things---or make us more confused!

It's too bad she didn't show the different lipsticks more in her video.

If I remember correctly, I think Karly's HC swatch looked more purpley too.

Yep. I remember that also. My Ultramarine Pink looks more purple in some lights and more berry in others, so perhaps that is what is happening here...

It's going to be a long wait until Wednesday!

I've figured out how to tell what most lipsticks will look like on me based on Temptalia's swatches. They are usually a bit darker and cooler on me...though sometimes, certain shades of purple will turn straight brown on me and some lipsticks and lipglasses will turn SUPER dark on me, same with some eyeshadows...hell Deep Truth looks black on me. I never understood why this happens.

I see too much of a blue cast in those first swatches. There is even blue lighting being reflected off of the tubes. T's swatches always look blown out and too light, though, so I'm guessing they will actually fall somewhere in between.

Sucks to lose sleep stalking over a collection that sticks around, but I prefer that to sleeping through a one that sells out quickly and then scrambling to find the items I missed out on.

See...what had happened was, I realized that the other two lipsticks were never going to feel complete without their sister Cardinal I couldn't live peacefully knowing that I was the cause of such devastation! I just couldn't be that cold :crybaby: ...i HAD to do it, Sassy...I had to! :lol:

So true...and with MAC, you never know what way it's gonna go. Either way, I got my Blue Peep, Royal Wink and Hollywood Cerise...I'm happy about that. Though I keep thinking about getting backups and more stuff when the collections stay around.
