wish this funktion was available on the german website, too. When you pull up the product pop up box after hitting on a swatch, in the box there is a small triangle for LE items.

Well, according to MAC's site, it looks like Silverthorn is LE and Siahi is perm.
Yeah, quite a few things seem to be all scrambled up, and some of the color boxes show colours that aren't even in this collection.I think a couple of the color boxes are mixed up with the name. Both BPs, and Call the Hairdresser and pure vanity. Or is it just me?
SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCHI received my box and I was pretty happy that everything was in there because I had a really hard time ordering. I ordered Diva-ish, Call the Hairdresser and Pearl Blossom. Sadly while trying "Call the Hairdresser" I realized that the lipstick is broken. I will return it and hope to get it from the store release. I also talked to the customer service on the phone and she was probably the unfriendliest person I have ever talked to. I was so disappointed and I am still really sad because I feel like I didn´t deserve to get treated like this. Diva-ish and Pearl Blossom are beautiful! My Pearl Blossom is making noises while moving/shaking (only when it´s open) and I wanted to ask you if this is normal? It´s my first Beauty Powder in regular packaging but couldn´t notice this with other powders I own.
Maybe the pan is loose in the packaging? That's a bummer you were treated that way. It always puts me off of brands when that happens.I received my box and I was pretty happy that everything was in there because I had a really hard time ordering. What a bummer! I guess the lipstick can't simply be exchanged for a normal one? I once received an eyeshadow with obvious fingerprints in it (also from Douglas), so it must have been returned by someone else and it was really disgusting that it was sold to me again. They told me to return it in the mail and to order a new one. They weren't "able" to simply send me another one (themselves) in exchange. In general, I think their customer service ain't something they could be proud of, neither in Austria nor Germany. They didn't even apologize for sending me a used product. Wish we had Sephora and other stores over here!I received my box and I was pretty happy that everything was in there because I had a really hard time ordering.

I really don´t understand why they are not able to send a new one, she told me to place a complete new order. And when I asked her about shipping fees all she said was "i dont know try messaging customer service".What a bummer! I guess the lipstick can't simply be exchanged for a normal one? Hope you'll be able to catch a new lippie in store!
About the noises: my blot powder (in the same packaging) is sometimes making those too. I'm using it up about every two months, so I had many of those. But it never happend that the pan fell out or so. Just the noises and that's it. So I guess your packaging is ok.
I will try to swatch them as soon as possible!SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH SWATCH
All of the links are on the very first post of this thread. Idk why but they made three separate pages instead of just one. There's the regular page, eyes, and finally lips. It looks like everything is available except for the brushes, eyes, and lips.Does anyone have a link to the site?
Yeah it mostly bothers me that their service assistants aren't always friendly nor really know how to solve problems correctly. By the way, I dislike the packaging material Douglas uses to ship the items. While Mac themselves stuff the boxes with paper here, Douglas doesn't use any type of cushioning. It's always making me a little nervous whether something will break during shipping.I suppose things like this can happen, we are all human and make mistakes but there at least has to be an apology and some kind of friendliness.
I have ordered multiple times from Mac directly and never had any issues and problems with used/broken products. This is the first time I ordered make up from Douglas and I am disappointed.
I'm not sure we'll be able to tell, unless there is a way to sort on the Fluidline page. If you go to the first post on this thread, the Specktra angels have marked them for us for the fluidlines. I'm pretty sure most of the other products in this release are LE, although it seems that possibly 1 or 2 of the brushes are perm. Sorry I can't give a better answer!Forgive me for being slow, but how can I tell on the mac site why is perm and what is LE?
Go to page 1 here in the op. It's always at the bottom once it's activeDoes anyone have a link to the site?
yes this is exactly what I noticed when I first opened the box and you know... maybe this is the reason why I received a broken lipstick.Yeah it mostly bothers me that their service assistants aren't always friendly nor really know how to solve problems correctly.
