I'm glad wow factor worked for you...it was terrible for me when I tried it in the store this afternoon. Chalky, hard to work with, and low color payoff. I don't have any purples, and this one looked so pretty...

Ugggh, just went back to MAC, it's a sickness. Didn't buy anything though. Wanted to swatch MM against Cardinal and check out Looking Good and some lustres. That Hairdresser beeyotch started Calling me though. I hate this collection!

I called her, and I put her on my face, and I paid for her... brought home her and her twin, and locked them in a drawer.

(Its my Friday, and I'm in a strange mood... she puts the lotion on her skin.)

Girrrrrl, I was talking about that yesterday. I don't know what happened. I just tagged Jenise in my posts from yesterday with my swatches. I started off wanting this one then suddenly I bought Pearl Blossom today after trying it yesterday. The exact color I didn't think would work.

High Tea, the repromote from MM, same thing. CTHD is unique. RH is her twin? I'm getting Highlights too I think. I need a 2nd job is what. What is up with the swatch thumbnails for these on MAC, do they not make sense or is it just me?

I didn't purchase this nor have I ever purchased one tbh. I find them to be a waste for me. @Vineetha and someone else here said to store them upside down to keep them longer.

that's awful, Wow Factor was fairly nice, that being said, preening was the one I thought was chalky but the color was so pretty. Maybe it would have worked better on your eye, sometimes hand swatches aren't the best.

No they aren't even remotely the right color... I was like uh, what? The color descriptions suck, too. eta: her twin is just a backup. I grabbed 2 of CTHD

That's hilarious...preening went on perfectly...I'd snag it, but green on green can be tricky. If I see some pretty looks with WF, I may give it another shot.

Crap...MAC forgot to send my Preening. Though I keep seeing swatches where it looks almost white...I really hope it looks green on me or else that is just a waste of money. I swatched Wow Factor and went to buy 3 backups...it is the perfect lavender I've been waiting for.

Oh yeah and for cream blushes, I use whichever is the short, fat stippling one, 130 maybe? But I always end up blending liquid foundation, cream blush and cream contours with my fingers, even if I use a brush to apply them. Anyone have brush recs that will eliminate the need for fingers? Or is that just a permanent thing? See this is why I want the 137 so bad. It's like a crease blender for the eyes but for the CHEEKS, I could avoid ever having to use my hands to blend a powder again. See my issue is I think my face is too round from the front, so I've started doing contour, then blush then highlight from the bottom up, bringing the blush up to the temples almost but staying FAR away from the apples of my cheeks. So I need a way to blend the products in that sort of narrower line without mixing them together to much. 137 is the answer to my prayers. This reminds me of the American Dad line from the puberty episode, "Whoa Haley, your face is pregnant! Who's the father, touching your face all day with your greasy hands?" Lol
