I was swatching my lippies today looking for dupes and reached for 2 I hadnt opened yet, Cockney and Milan Mode both lustres and they were covered in mold. Like the entire thing when I rolled them up. I bought them 4 and 6 months ago. Only swatched them once. None of my other lippies have mold. I keep them dry and in the box. It's wierding me out. Do lustres tend to go bad faster than others formulas? Glad these are my last 2. Yuck!

Yeah AG was def not what I expected. I'm pretty disappointed I usually love the soft effect BPs give. This has been the first I didn't like.

The 2 powders AG & PB - I saw/swatched them in the store & I didn't think they looked quite like my older ones. Mine are not powdery at all like the new ones. Thats why I always hoard if I love something when it first comes out, because its never  quite the same when it relaunches

I actually used my 187 to apply it lol. I was hoping for a soft peachy coral color. Just makes my cheeks look weird. Hard to describe lol

About Alpha Girl.... It's so powdery and it applies very heavily! You could try a stippling brush to apply it and then what I've been doing so it won't look as dramatic is putting pearl blossom over it as a blush topper. If you don't have pearl blossom then maybe try using another beauty powder that's very light and try to blend them together. I wasn't expecting AG to be so.... Crazy lol

It's not mold. It's just something that happens to lustre lipsticks, eye kohls and lip pencils when exposed to fluctuating temperatures or when it hasnt been used in a while. Just wipe it down with rubbing alcohol (or sharpen if it's a pencil) and it's good to go.

Okay. She is ADORABLE and this pic is one for the books. Her cuteness is hard to deny but THANK GOD she didn't get a hold of a limited edition item. It would've been just a tinsy bit difficult to see the cuteness of this moment if it was a l/e item. lol

LOL!!!! That's very early! How did you cope? I find it very stressful when she's on the run. I'm not sure how she figured out how to open it. I'm going to have to start twisting the jars very tight and out of sight. She also know how to open my lipsticks, but hasn't attempted to open glosses. It's amazing how they discover new tasks quickly.

That's been on my mind! I've been telling myself to scale down my entire collection for more than a few years because I always stock limited edition items as best I can these days without backups. I'd cry if she got a hold of my Riri items.

I would lock them away, out of little angel's reach. I would freak out if my niece or nephew done that to my LE items
