So I managed to find strength to skip the lipsticks like I originally planned. The only lipstick that piqued my interest is Call The Hairdresser but on me, it's just a softer, touch less red than See Sheer which I still have. I don't need it.

My final haul:
Lowlights (FINALLY, MAC has this kind of color! I had to branch out to Bobbi Brown for this - Espresso),
Blue Peep (so creamy smooth, pigmented and easy to work with!) and
I Get No Kick Eye Kohl (didn't blow me away, kinda like a less stark Ricepaper in pencil form but will still keep it!)

I want CTH too, and FT but i want skip all the collection too. Must resist.

I'm loving Alpha Girl! I was afraid it wouldn't work for my skin tone, but I was pleasantly surprised it showed up nicely as a subtle blush with 1-2 layers. Mine isn't powdery at all. It was soft, smooth, and applied even better on the cheeks. (I used the 116.)

....then the most precious thing in my life!

Hope you all had a nice holiday! We had an extended weekend with my in-laws visiting. I saw some really pretty pictures of people in their goodies when I skimmed through this morning.

I keep having a love-hate thing with AG. I love the color, and it looks great on ghostly me. I also use the 116 (guess I have baby cheeks). However, it can be a bit drying if my skin is already a little dry like from me treating some hormonal acne that appeared. When it does that, the powdery/chalkiness becomes apparent. AG with a light dusting of PB over it at upper cheekbone/temple is lovely.

Ok so think I found a solution for AG... I very lightly swept it on my cheeks, then dusted Marilyn BP over that, and Lightscapade above my cheekbones. Oh and I'm wearing Real Doll Here's the result. Sorry bout the weird angle. Had to get the right lighting so you can see it...

I did apply it over my CC cream when I wore it. That could be why it didn't look chalky/powdery on my cheeks.

I'll have to try AG with PB. My PB just arrived yesterday, and I haven't touched it yet.

I am just waiting on one more order to arrive (Real doll BU and 2 Petit Red BU's) before I get my haul delivered (it feels like I have waited an eternity for my first JP haul).

Yay! I love Red Balloon! If there are any nuances with Diva-ish, please let me know! I was super bummed they were so similar. And you are so right---it is a nice change from the matte lippies!

Has your haul arrived yet? After I read your post, I immediatly went and ordered a BU of Petit Red! Yay! My mom has a post box in the U.S, so I can ship to her there. So glad you mentioned it because I completely missed the re-stock, not like I needed anything more, but thank you anyway!
