MAC MAC Is Beauty Collection (March 30 / April 2, 2015)

I finally got my 5 lippies- Diva-ish, MMG, Catty, Real Doll and Reel Sexy.

I love Catty - I'm around NC15 and it a gorgeous soft pastel pink which can be build up to a similar opacity to a cremesheen. I need back ups!

I wish they had something like Catty in a matte!

I got a fan brush for my highlighting, plus a container and gems so I can keep my brushes on my vanity. I was keeping them in one of the drawers, but I keep getting mad at myself when I have to keep shuffling through to find the one I need. I'm still going to get another fan brush that's a little thicker because like everyone else here, I don't have enough brushes already.

Get the Ecotools fan brush, I love it and it's like $6 so you won't feel any guilt getting another brush!

It does. I have a feeling some of the natural hair brushes are starting to irritate my skin. I have so many allergies it's ridic. I may have to look into more Ecotools stuff. @TwiggyPop this one:

Ooh, it does look really soft! I'll have to hit up Ulta pretty soon. I see you also have the Sterilite for your makeup storage. Haha. I have one sitting on my vanity and 3 more in my bedroom. I really need to find something like your acrylic organizer though. My lipsticks, glosses and liners are so hard to find right now.

While I didn't see it on someone close to my coloring I was able to find better swatches of Divaish. It's nothing like I hoped it would be so it's a pass. Is Copperthorn perm?

So they delivered my brushes yesterday evening! Immediately 221 reminded me of a smaller version of my Tom Ford 13 eye blending brush. Here's a picture for anyone who was wondering. Sorry some are dirty, since I used them. Haven't used the new ones yet, but i'm hoping since my Tom Ford 13 is a holy grail, the 221 will be as well!

It's the most economical for now. Goes from the floor up, 6 drawers but I have other things in the bottom 4. Top two are makeup in top, lipsticks and glosses in the 2nd. Then a Sonia Kashuk train case with highlighters and bronzers, misc. My MAC and NYX lipsticks and glosses are on top behind the brushes. Then other everyday makeup on my chest of drawers, eye palettes, brow stuff, liners I'm currently using. That stuff is in acrylic storage.

I used to put my every day stuff on the top of my vanity, but my cat is an asshole and likes to knock them in the floor. I could put that stuff in one of the top drawers of the vanity, but that would mean I would have to organize and I just don't have time for that right now. Haha. I have 2 Z palettes coming so I'm going to consolidate my shadows and start looking for something to hold my lippies and liners. Then I'll actually feel like organizing!
