I also noticed that my RB has way better packaging than LJ. RB is very grenish in person and LJ is almost a matte black, LJ has heavily printe letters and RB doesn't. RB and the used lipstick have the same packaging and have a September batch code. LJ has a January batch code... This new packaging is lacking compared to the original one!!!!

Is there a difference in color of the lipstick between the LJ from September and the one from January??

I only have the one LJ the other is RB, my other two LJ back ups are coming tomorrow, but I assume they will also be from January, but if one of them has a September batch code I will definitely compare.

Nope! I had both at one point (sold them to specktrettes) and the colors in the tube looked exactly the same. Idk why there were two different batches though--especially so far apart. The two different batch coded lipsticks I had were both bought on launch day from MAC.

Yeah, I was worried it would get cancelled so I ordered three... You have three too? How many total lipsticks did you get from this collection? I love LJ though... I'm glad 'cos three is a lot. On Friday I wore it alone and yesterday I wore it with Seducing Sound on top and loved it. The color is so unique. So it's definitely worth it to have three, for the color it is it's very wearable in my opinion and had no problem with it lasting through lunch and tea! So I currently have those three plus Romantic Breakdown... I highly doubt I'll be able to get any of the other ones. I just hate the fact that the packaging from the first batch was better.
