Hahaha! I recently had two back-to-back terrible experiences at the same Sephora with the same SA. It was absolutely the worst shopping experience I had in my life. I wrote a 3-page, single spaced complaint letter and I will be mailing it tomorrow.

i was deciding between that and Role Play. RP was too light for me and i didnt wanna deal with adding to it to make it darker like EC. My other coral lippies are TF paradisco (comin soon), YSL 52 and that's all i can think of lol. i got the YSL tint oil lippies (peach n pink) from nordies tho!! im excited to pair em with MJ EC after reading Fancy Face YT blog on how she paired it w/RP.

yea i dont blame u! thats how i felt but dnt know what ur situation was lol but i feel like as a regular u can clearly check my order history and backlog to see i spend money in sephora at quite often every week liiiike maybe once a week online and between the mall and jcp's its a 2nd home to me. i dont return things often and if anything i might exchange becuz of a shade but GIMME WHAT I WANT!!!! **childish tantrum** lol but im big on customer service. it makes me WANT to spend money and come back ie nordstrom!!

I got my hair did this weekend and I'm all  :eyelove:   about my color. I've had purple hair for a while now, but this shade is one of my favorites so far.

Nordstrom has such a great return policy, and Sephora does too actually, so it sucks when people give you a hard time.

The first visit was such an epic fail I wouldn't even know where to start but on the second visit I went in (against my better judgement) for a sample of Becca's SSP in Rose Gold. I politely asked for a sample and the first thing out of her mouth was "I would be happy to sample any product for you, but just to let you know, that has pink tones in it so it's going to make you ashy." Then she pumped some on her hand to demonstrate it's potential ashiness for me. Again, I politely asked for the sample. She told me I should get Topaz instead. I said I already had Topaz and I just really wanted a sample of Rose Gold. She told me I should mix them (which was my intention all along…) and FINALLY, after I asked three times, she went to make a sample. And that was nothing compared to the first visit.
