I have skinny dip and the cheek brush in my basket I'm in two minds :( £90 a lot of money Originally £100 though I'm saving ten lol I'm not too sure on skinny dip have wanted it though to put with rose soleil if it ever turns up :) I had thoughts about mixing the two together I am really wanting a tom ford brush and thought I go with the cheek one as I do love my blush !!!!! I use mac or bobbi brown brush ATM I don't like the mac one much And the small handled bobbi brown one is prob for bronzer but love it still So I don't know what to do :( I did want the big bronzer. But they are permanent and cannot find the normal case ones or the white ones Apart from a small white bronzer ( already have dust dust ) in small Why am I in too minds tiredness I suppose and guilt lol :( def guilt
I think it's the guilt of spending £50 or over on one make up brush !!!!!

Just ordered the cheek brush I hope I'm not disapointed with it And I really hope it turns up in ship shape condition :) my first tom ford brush I took the plunge suppose there's always time to get skinny dip or paridiso at some point Even if hubby gets it from airport if they still sell them :) Just needing the eye colour now with the blue Maybe naked bronze but not sure and terra in large n small sizes and gold dust in large But that can come later The thought of using tom ford brushes scare me I hope I don't mess it up :( or I hope I can use it properly hope it works for me

Ahoy BC!!!!! I have Skinny Dip and I love it. To deal w/the sheerness of it w/my very pigmented lips. I line and
fill my lips w/ MAX have to Have It or Whirl, apply SD and then top that with TF Pink Guilt lip gloss, which is like a
liquid rose gold---so amazing, The NP that I think you mean is African Violet. I don't have that particular shade
but I find the TF NP formula to be really good and lasts a long time on me---longer than any of the other brands
that I use.

I'm positive you'll be happy with it BC. I've had mine for quite some time now and its performance still amazes
me. It really seems to grab the product -----like you'll want to be careful because it's so easy to over apply with
this brush. It also washes nicely, returning to the soft white fluffy brush that it was when I first purchased it.

Remember how I said I skipped Pink Glow when it was available at Harrod's because I didn't want to fork over a fortune for shipping & handling?

For all the German ladies here, if you - like me - also decided to skip it and then constantly wanted to kick yourself for that idiotic decision, it's right now available at the Kadewe online shop. I guess it'll be gone in a day or two, so don't hesitate too long if you still want it!

I used Black Oyster today over a base of CT Norma Jean. Then the Chanel #14 liquid liner that black with silver sparkles. With the beige lipgloss from Chanel LeBeige. Blush was the Guerlian pearls. Then used the Dior turquoise kohl on my waterline and smudge. Nails are the palest beige and the pink from LeBeige collection. Had to go to mass, a quiet look works best there! I have found a pointed fluffy brush works best for the CT cream shadows. Based on they are more like a mouse, as in fluffy and creamy. The TF concealer brush works best for his, since his cream shadows are more stiff. I also used the Chanel lace imprinted for contour. By mistake I grabbed the eyeshadow brush from TF for the crease. It worked well in the hallows of my cheek.
Sounds pretty!!
No it is still my b'day for another 90 minutes. My brother called me shortly after midnight. Since then when I was actually born.

So true! Forgive me for forgetting where I am! ;) I'll edit my question: which one should I get first? From you're swatches, I'm leaning VV...it looks delicious.

If you do not like the cheek brush, you really need some serious therapy!!!! It is the bomb!!!! If you really want the bronzers in the white case, and are willing to pay the shipping, you can get it at NM, BG, which now ship overseas. As well as other stores. Remember, just to wash and reshape they are incredible!!!!!! I laughed when I read my fav blogger today about her 5 top brushes. Mr. Ford did not make the cut. What a shocker, not!!!!

I feel like I just had this conversation with my brother. Do you want one super cool, well made, last a life time brush? Or would you rather purchase a cheaper version, be miserable or at least no thrilled with it. Then in weeks, or months or years to come purchase what you really wanted in the first place??? So, in the end you will have spent more money then if you just take the plunge and get what you want now!!!!!

Thanks! So I played with skinny dip more, and I've decided to keep it. It does look lovely on, there's a bit more gold than pink sand, and the texture is a bit nicer...no surprise since its comparing a dedicated lip product to a cheek product that CAN be used on lips.

That's great to hear!!!! I'm not a huge fan of sheer lipsticks generally, but I always find ways to make them appear just a tad more opaque, and I'm starting to like them more.
