I got sucked in for the first time in quite awhile- I think Alluring Aquatics is the last collection I went searching for on release day!

It only took me 3 stops (2 successful) to get the 3 shades I was looking for: Bianca B (which turns lilac on me!), Tats, and Charlotte. I know Charlotte has a dupe in my stash somewhere, but I fell hard for this collection.

Tats is lovely, but bright pinks are popping up in mattes with some regularity these days. If you can't find it, you probably can get relatively close.

You're right and that makes me feel better. There's always a good dupe around the corner. I think I'll just miss the pretty packaging.

I have a rule with MAC LE collections: I do not pay anything but retail (or CCO) prices. I do not stress. I do not call every store.

If I happen to be in a mall launch day, I limit myself to checking 1 or 2 counters and 1 freestanding store- and calling the Macys by my home. It's so close that it's a freebie.

If I find the items I wanted, cool. If not, it's MAC being MAC and that's that.

So to nab all 3 I was interested in was shocking after Nordie's was out of all but Eugenie and quite snotty about it (I found 3 of 5 shades at the freestanding in that mall, and local Macy's had all in stock).
