OMG, they suck! My first time ordering from them. When I moved they didn't even have an e-commerce website! Did you ever call in between?Unfortunately, that's the same message I received. It took a bit for the cancellations since i ordered last week and received the cancellations yesterday and today. It's kind of frustrating since it shows in stock when you order.I ordered last Thurs and then again Friday.

I called yesterday about my Thursday order which was for Bianca B. The lady on the phone said that they would likely not be able to fulfill the order, and a couple of hours later I got the official cancellation. Today I got the cancellation for Tats which I put in on Friday. They need to update the website with information on the colors that are being shipped from a counter so that customers know what the situation is prior to ordering. In the future, I will only order with them if I can put the order in as soon as it launches, otherwise it's a bit of a gong show.
I guess. I'm hoping that since BB and Tats were the popular colors I'll have a chance at Eugenie. We'll see. Wait a sec, you placed your orders on launch day! I just realized. That is pure and utter sh*t on their part. I mean really? And you get the cancellation a week later? Whereas those of us in the US have already received and used our lipsticks?! Makes no sense. But you also placed orders with MAC, right? Nordstrom ships from stores a lot and you would never know until you get the order. It's supposed to be seamless and really shouldn't take that much longer than a regular online order coming from a fulfillment center. You're basically telling me that me placing my order with you doesn't guarantee my stock, AND I can find that out a week after the fact. Your right, it is sh*t really, especially since it took so long for the cancellation. It's ridiculous that their inventory is not accurate. The only reason I'm not totally irate is because I did place an order with Mac and am not totally up a creek.
