Has anyone tested the skin glows? For some reason I am extremely curious about them.

PS-Random Googling of London Clinic for swatches had it show up on Barney's website...

I am very very interested in the skin glows. I was deciding if I should just blindly buy it. There was a review that said fair was perfect for light with pink undertones, so that sound perfect for me.

EDIT: I just ordered from Barneys, lip tint in Promise & the Zinc Kohliner. 3% ebates & no tax

Did you guys see/get the email video of just the "eye" LOLOL with the Zinc Kohliner around it! Its super sexy beautiful.

I wore Old Church Street today. I put Mac Soft Brown and Uninterrupted for transition and Pretty from the Brook Shields palette on the brow bone. I probably have something similar from Nars but I had no time to think about it. I put the shimmery color on the lid and the dark blue on the outer part of the crease lightly with the mac duo fiber blender (number rubbed off) and a bit heavier on the outer v with the Mac 226 brush. I was thinking of mixing in the dark green from the other duo but decided to quit while I was ahead. I used the Nars blue kohliner from one of the holiday collection sets in my waterline. There is a green in it too but they don't look the same as the ones in this collection. I really liked the look. The lighter color was lighter than I thought it would be and not as warm as I had thought but really pretty. I finished up with Tom Ford new duo blush - can't recall name but it is coral and Bronze shade in TF reflects Gilt duo. Never got around to putting on lip color. But planned to put on a mac one. I really wanted to do a whole Nars face. I think I have similar blush and highlighter colors but I just grabbed the first thing. Eager to get lip and cheek from this collection now.

If the collection is officially launching May 1st, maybe Nordies will have it and I can go there and get triple points. I hope I can wait long enough.

Oh and if Barney's has supposed "exclusive" products from this collection, it may be that just Barney's is the exception. I noticed the Bleecker Street collection on their site a while back. Maybe Barneys has their store exclusives for a period of time.

That sounds lovely!!! I thought the lighter side was going to be warmer/peachy too, but yes its still pretty. I don't have any of the Nars kohliners. Are they good?

Hard to say. I haven't used them much. I'm dedicated to my Tom Ford eyeliner on my upper lash line and my Urban Decay Perversion in my upper waterline. I rarely do eyeliner in my lower waterline. When I put it on this morning I only put it in my waterline and my eyes were watering so much. I thought "oh yeah, that' why I don't do that." But I just looked at it in the mirror - 12 hours later and the eyeliner is still there. Next time I'll just put it on the lower lash line.

I wonder if they will have the full collection at the event, since it seems like only part of the collection went up online. Frustrating!!!!

i haven't looked online....too scared! i will just end up buying everything. at the moment i could easily purchase the two eye duos and two eye pencils. and i kind of want one of the cheek tints. are they classified as multiples?

Are the lip tints and multiples must-haves or nice-to-haves? My cart is a bit full at the moment, and I'm needing to cull a little.

-OCS duo, skin glow in fair, LC lip pencil, Alice multiple, E and P lip tints

The lip tints are beautiful, feel amazing & they leave a beautiful stain on the lips. As far as the multiples, I think you have to like that kind of product. Personally I LOVE these!!! They are more gel like than the regular multiples. They are more like cheek stains but so soft & pretty on. They actually work on the lips as well. HTH
I still think I need to get the skin glow, Every product that I've gotten from Nars this year has been wonderful so this has to be good right lol

Thanks!! It's helpful in that I value your opinion but now feel like I can't eliminate anything, lol.

And that's my thing...I've had such good luck with NARS in general. I'll admit they rarely WOW me, but I'm consistently really really happy with their products. I've noticed that randomly their stuff is what I'll often pull out to use on a daily basis; plus, I use their foundation, tinted moisturizer, or skin tiny as my base almost every day. Case in point, just got and LOVE the new matte concealer.

Old Church Street ♥ IMG_20170428_161338.jpg

For some reason I thought the packaging was black, but it's actually a dark camouflage green. Interesting. I'm super excited about this duo, especially the combo of dark smokey blue and peach. LOVE IT! Can't wait to wear it tomorrow.

I know this wasn't for me, but I love the new concealer too! I haven't used it under my eyes, only to cover up hyperpigmentation or spots. It's great for that purpose!

So I'm a big believer that concealers, even more than most products, are so subjective in how they perform. I have been looking for one that works for me for a LONG time, and I think this is it. For context, I've also tried: most of MAC's, Sephora liquid, Bobbi Brown cream, Clinique, NARS stick and liquid, and YSL touch éclat.

My concerns are red marks from acne healing, active acne, and mild undereye circles. I have freckles, so I have to be careful, but I do not have much in the way of fine lines yet.

The concealer was a little stiff, so I used my fingers to apply, as it fared better with my body heat. I needed to use very little product, and it was quite opaque. So I actually had to make sure to blend very well and apply a little at a time to avoid random light spots on my face from covering freckles. It blended easily and was matte without being dull. I was able to use over or under liquid foundation. It seemed to last all day with no creasing, and I did not use powder to set. I bought Chantilly and Vanilla...both work well for me, but vanilla is best currently. I used Chantilly to brightening under eyes and then layered Vanilla over it. I'm a big fan so far. HTH.

i agree with Allie. It's a bit stiff, but it is creamier than say the Laura Mercier secret camoflauge. I was using that before for blemish concealing, so I will compare them. Both are highly opaque and stay in place very well for me. All the more impressive since I don't use powder to set on a day to day basis. But I prefer NARS because it is not as stiff and so it is easier for me to work with. The LM NEEDS body heat to be workable. NARS doesn't take as much work but still performs just as well.

Great & helpful information! Thank you both. I use Chanel's concealer which I really love. It covers brightens, has great staying power & just a bit of luminosity. I also use the By Terry for every day wear. I will try the Nars one too.
