I'm on the holiday interview list at MAC. [crosses fingers] I've been reading through the threads here and absorbing as many tips as I can, however I'm pretty sure it's a group interview and I have no idea what to expect. Any advice you lovelies can give me?

I know MAC trains their employees pretty well. However, if you freelance do you get trained as well? And also, when it comes to the pro card, do you automatically get one if you work for MAC? Even if you freelance? TIA!
