Saturday night....I m getting ready with my best friend that I haven't seen for a while, she knows I just finished some makeup classes and asks me to do her makeup....I STOP, I just realized I've never done an African-American girls makeup....HELP!!!!!! how do I make these women look beautiful?

I want to work at one of my local makeup counters,the problem? Alot of Elderly or should I say "older" women tend to visit and shop at these counters and, Im not at all familiar with their faces.What can I do to accentuate these beautiful mature ladies?
