For some reason I really want to get this, but it seems to be discontinued, as is the Emotional Rescue palette that contained this. Any ideas for a MAC, etc dupe or another Nars?

I keep reading about them, but don't quite understand. Are they just a powder or a bronzer or a blush? I'm going in to MAC soon and thought I'd look them over, but kinda want an idea of what to start with. I'm very fair, so products a pale gal would use would be great. Tia from a lurker.
