I've tried the Green Apple Peel (sensitive) and I am not sure it does anything for me. Before I bought the sensitive peel, I tried a sample of the regular strength peel and didn't find that remarkable either. I honestly wouldn't buy from the brand again.

My girlfriend swears by the cleansing oil for removing makeup. I'm definitely going to try it.

It's one of those lines where you either love it or hate it. Well, I'm going to try several things to see for myself LOL. I used the stem cell cleanser & moisturizer for the first time last night & my skin was super soft. We'll see.

Has anyone ever had a gwp/sample with a canceled staus in their tracking before? I'm super annoyed by this since it was part of the reason I placed the order in the first place. I ordered the watermelon glow mask and added 2 samples and my code for the TF lipstick. everything says processing except for the TF lipstick. It annoys me even further that I placed this order yesterday and I can still use the code(elegant) today to place the sample in my cart. I knw this isn't important on a grand scale but it still really ticks me of
f.
Yes and it's so frustrating. Only a couple of times though. But one was a cute cosmetic bag with samples that was canceled.

Anyone else experiencing issues with the Sephora site? Lately I've had pop-ups saying something like "that wasn't supposed to happen" & include Sephora error or something of that sort. It will also be unbelievably slow to get it to advance down the page & show the other items, getting a product to pull up or add to my cart. It is so odd going from that to switching pages quickly. I have had this issue on our PC, laptop & every internet access device in the house. I thought it must be here & got on the site at a friend's house on the other side of town and same thing. I called customer service and I was told they were having some glitches and other calls about problems.

I am super p-off now because yesterday was the last day for double points on makeup & brushes. I also had not used my 10% off from January for becoming a new Rouge. I placed an order over $300 but I didn't get the 2X points. I couldn't call customer service today. I will call tomorrow. I also just noticed my foundation isn't even on the order. Most of my order qualified for the double points which would've put me very close to hitting Rouge for next year. I did get my 10% off which at least covered the 9.25% tax.

Thank you. I'll be checking my account every few days then.

I usually have great cs with Sephora but the last couple of months they've been kind of meh.

Whenever i was supposed to get some extra points I never did and always had to call them

Brutal! Every time I buy something that is double the points they are added to my account very quickly- like within hours there is an update when I log in. I actually purchased some makeup from the US site recently when they had that offer and the extra points were added right away.
On a different note, we didn't have the double the points offer here in Canada. What's up with that?:p

I don't think I mentioned that I bought an Anastasia blush trio. Ehh, it's going back. I wore it two or three times and I just don't like the quality. The KVD Lolita blush is dry just like this Anastasia trio, but at least it blends out well and looks natural throughout the day. This trio just sits on the skin and I have to work to blend it. Anastasia can't do anything for me outside of eyebrows it seems.

I loved the look of the Peachy Love but when I swatched it in store, no go… a chalky dry mess.

Not much to report on the Sephora front. My last purchase was 2 weeks ago, in store. I had to use my 10% coupon before it expired. I went with 2 bite lip pencils & the Agave Lip Scrub. I also got a sample of the new Hourglass foundation. No go on that! Medium coverage & a lovely finish but no staying power! Too expensive for underperforming. I still love my ELDW!

Eh, bummer. I was wondering if this was any good.

I thought of you a few days ago when I bought a Kate Spade handbag off of her site. I actually was shopping for earrings for you :rofl:Would Shontay like these! hahaha
She ran a 30% off the sale prices which I LOVE those sales. I was lusting after this $400 handbag all year. It was marked down & then another 30% off. I couldn't hit the buy button fast enough LOL. Those sales are so awesome.

Aww, that's sweet. Stuff I want is hardly ever on sale. It's usually always full price and it sells out before it can even make it to sale. However, did you ever see the Kate bag from last year that had the popsicles on it? You can google flavor of the month tote to see it. Well I found it at a local outlet for 60% off! I paid like $120 for it and I was doing cartwheels out of that joint.

That's how I've purchased pretty much all my Kate Spade. It's usually the $400 ones I love because they are usually larger & I always end up with more than intended in my bags. I bought my laptop & iPad sleeves & my current wallet as well. I'm always on the sales, great for gifts. They earned a loyal customer with their amazing customer service.

About a year ago I was in the store & as I chatting with the sa I showed her a seam on the bag I was carrying I was a bit concerned about. I asked if I could pay to have it sent in to be looked at & maybe reinforce the seam. It wasn't tearing. I just wanted to have it checked She said No you don't have to pay, just bring it in when you get the chance even it's in a month or two. I told her I'd had the bag a year or two & I didn't mind paying since I had it for so long. She said it didn't matter they stood by their products. It was a few months before I took it by the store. They called me when it was returned & I could pick it up any time & look it over to make sure I was satisfied. When I took it out of the dust bag it looked brand new. I take care of my bags very well but have to say every little crevice of the pebble leather & inside was spotless. Customer earned.

Unlike COACH that charges you to send in a defective bag & then refuses to repair it. I paid & had it sent in & they sent it back to me with a letter stating it was due to usual wear. I called & told them I had only been carrying it 4-5 weeks & they should read the reviews online from every person that bought that bag in the color I did had the same problem of the leather peeling off the handles and piping. I assumed they got a bad batch of that particular leather. She said I could have it sent in again for another look. I did & it came back with the same letter. I called to let them know they lost a customer. She said no, we'll give you 25% off your next purchase. I said no thank you. She said well I'll put it on your account. I told her that was fine but it would never be used as I would not be purchasing another COACH product again. Customer lost.

I cannot deal with bad customer service. My husband thinks I overreacted a bit because I got it on sale. It made no difference to me and should not have to them that the bag was originally close to $400 & I got it on sale for $250.
Sorry.

You'll never find what you're looking for if you're looking for one you saw online or in a dept store. My KS outlet told me they only carry bags made specifically for the outlet. Coach does the same thing, although I've rarely seen a regular bag in there, especially after the style has been dc'd.

For those of you considering the ABH trio in Peachy Love, I have it and absolutely love it. The colors are perfect for summer. It can be a little chalky when swatched on the hand but I find that it blends beautifully onto my cheeks.

Shontay - seems like we had the opposite experience with ABH and KVD. KVD was so dry and pathchy. I couldn't get it to blend no matter what brush I use. It didn't help that the color wasn't flattering on me.
