I believe when it's made a sticky or something? But we need the moderators to do that.

UPDATE: The Hayley Williams collection has NOT been cancelled! I'm still uncertain about the April 15, 2013 release date. According to this article, it's set to launch online April 9, 2013 at maccosmetics.co.uk.
