A more serious photoshoot: Colorful/Grungy/Graffiti

I decided to get more use out of my new camera, so I got my best friend and another girl named steph together and drove around to find some good places to shoot.
We originally had wanted to go to the graffiti gallery, so as I was looking for a place to park I mistakenly took a wrong turn and ended up under a major bridge. It ended up working out for us, as there were a few really good places to take pictures around there! We went to the graffiti gallery afterward, as it was right next door.

These are great! I love doing grungy, grafitti, downtown kinds of shoots. I did one downtown with my daugthers friends a while back. Not grafitti and grunge exactly, but downtown and edgy. They all dressed up in a kind of scene punk style. We had a great time. You can check it out here if you want.

Thanks! I actually know nothing about photography at all...haha. I just got my Canon Rebel not too long ago and wanted to just get some decent face shots of people wearing my looks, but one thing leads to another and turns out i'm not that bad at it!
