I am so in love with this e/s duo. Threw it on in a hurry yesterday over MAC Painterly paint pot as I was late for a meeting. Paired it with the new EL duo mascara in Black/Rich Plum. Didn't know what to think as I headed out the door. Seemed a bit too neutral for me. But by the time I got to my meeting and took a quick look in the mirror things had "settled" a bit more and the look was stunning. I can see this being used alot from now until fall for me especially for work and low key casual moments. Right now it is the star product in my embarrassingly large stash.

I will have to dig my Shiseido Day Lilly lipstick out as I think this will be beautiful paired with Calypso.

I agree...just got my package and this duo might take the place of Taupe-Delicat as my favorite easy eye look. And I love Calypso as much as I thought I would too!

Ah, I just don't want to start a new addiction with Dior. LOL. But let's see, I think I will just check everything when I'm on vacation (less guilt for splurging :p)

Btw, does anyone know why I got the "onsite legend" badge? Not that I'm complaining, it sure looks pretty cool... but I'm not sure I deserved to be a legend on this site

Oh Cute I didn't know if you wanted lip swatches. I really hate doing those. But I love my fellow Specktraettes so I tried. I didn't like the first lip swatch of Calypso because my lips looked dry so I remedied that and took more pics but I couldn't seem to get it to focus after that. Orange Pareo is not as pigmented as the Calypso. The color is lighter too. They don't look alike at all. Although Orange Pareo seemed to have a more obvious glitter than Calypso even though it was sparse. Calypso was more shimmery but the shimmer flecks meshed more with the gloss if that makes sense. I like Calypso more but I think I will make good use of Orange Pareo.

Although the Orange Pareo isn't super pigmented, I think it does show up on lips a bit more than this pic shows but it was the best I could do.

I don't know why my pics wouldn't show up in the thread. But I think the links work.

I was distracted by the Dior summer collection for about a week and then purchased a few (cough cough) products from that collection.

Then I refocused on Chanel and ordered the other 2 nps bc/ I am so impressed by the wear of delight - as compared to other Chanel nps I have bought in the past. I also ordered taupe delicat since I seem to have lost it in my makeup hoard.

I really need to put a hold on the makeup buying for now!

I've worn the eyeshadow duo every day since I've bought it. I think it's simple, but classy, and makes for a really nice look.

Bis - Do you not like the duo because it is too warm? I hope it doesn't look dirty or tired on me. Winthrop - Can't wait for you to get the duo. I worry it may make me look tired, so I wait for your thoughts. Icecaramellatte - Thanks for the swatches! I know, lip swatches are so hard to take. Both look pretty on you! I get what you mean about the shimmers of Orange Pareo vs Calypso. No one does shimmers like Chanel. Dior glosses have beautiful shimmers too, but they are sort of not integrated into the liquid like chanel as you said. Haven - lol! I get distracted too, and sometimes I wait too long and they get sold out, like Dior Aloha np. Now you got all 3 nps! I have asked you lots of questions at the Dior thread. :p

Hi Miss QQ - I posted above, you probably missed it because I changed my avatar. I LOVE the duo and I think you will too. It is not really as warm on as I expected and it definitely does not make me look tired a la Kaska Beige. It's just an effortless classy eye look.
